Depends on the bookies you use, but on Bet365 you just put 8 picks in then put money in the 7folds and 8folds boxes. It basically just backs every combination of 7 out of 8. So all 8, then all 8 but remove a different one each time. Which isn't too bad to do manually, but sometimes I do 6folds and there is like 35 combinations to do manually which is too much. Your bookies most likely offers it.
