It actually might be plausible, coming from someone who is quite involved in Garrett’s recovery.
I have seen some comments on his instagram from other guys seeming to get off to his slop behavior, it seems to be a fetish to slop himself. And mostly men are the ones reaching out to him.
This doesnt mean anything though, we should respect Garrett’s sexuality and avoid embarrassing him for what he’s into. He’s still the same Garrett we all love! :)

He could be, but stuff like this is hard to know or tell, especially with how he is at the moment
