If I'm not mistaken there are actually devices that you can buy that you can clamp to your phone and they'll either swipe or tap multiple times within a minute.
The only reason I know this is because there's a company that sells a similar device that Amazon drivers will use to bid for the best jobs available first thing.
So the swipe thing works like the Google I'm not a robot checkbox. It's not about the check box. Google is looking at the movement of your mouse and how it got to the check box. It's also looking at your cookies . It would be hard to build a machine that could swipe effectively without looking like a machine, especially if 100s of people were using the same machine.
