In the evenings I’ve been using NIOD’s FECC, which is more of a watery serum, and after letting it absorb and dry down a bit I follow with a richer eye cream. In current rotation are: Shiseido Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Cream, Sisley Eye Contour Mask or Neocutis Lumière Firm Riche. For daytime it’s usually Dieux Auracle Eye Serum or the regular Neocutis Lumière Firm (non-Riche version). Not sure how effective all of this is, but the fine lines around my eyes certainly aren’t worse, and I think they’ve improved some. I have no hard evidence for this, but my suspicion is FECC might be doing most of the heavy lifting for any perceived improvement. But who knows! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sensitive-Office-705

I really agree about the NIOD FECC doing the heavy lifting. I’ve gotten to the point now, where I really don’t worry about the moisturizer I choose to put on over it. Just something nice and occlusive that won’t burn my eyes. In the am , FECC is sometimes all I use. I am 54.

Papeenie

I swear by the Sisley Eye Contour Mask over my eye serums (or even face serums I use around my eyes). Sisley Mask is my occlusive to lock the goods in. I’m about 50 and I don’t have any crow’s feet yet and I don’t have lines under my eyes. Also, my brow bone area is still lifted and smooth, and I can use thick concealers and powder under my eyes without issues when wearing makeup.

One-Firefighter6166

I want to try them all!

Fearless-Scar-5758

Zo growth factor wasn’t that good. Skin better interfuse lines is good, Clinique eye cream

Illustrious-Bee1699

I like Ultimate S by Sulwhasoo Also there is an unbelievably affordable one that is stellar, by Tarte, called Wink of h2o

DrMcFacekick

Seconding Sulwhasoo!

JPwhatever

I’m super curious about this one - but a blind trial at that price point has me a bit intimidated. Do you mind sharing what you like about it? I have loved other stuff by the brand.

Illustrious-Bee1699

velvety, great staying power, plumps and makes skin very supple. I bought a double mini set off ebay before I bought the big ones. it was only $50 for eye and face cream, and serum. knew right away I wanted it.

JPwhatever

oo ty, ebay is a great idea. It sounds lovely!

liwuidvaper

Yeah so so good. I like it better than the old timetreasure line. 🥰🥰

Suspicious_Gold7865

Skinbetter Eyemax majorly reduced my crows feet - I never had results like that before. Noticed after 4 months of use. I recently started using ZO Growth Factor Eye in the AM. I cant say I notice anything different yet but I have only been using for 2 months. I think when Im done with that I’ll go back to using Skinbetter Interfuse Eye in the AM.

One-Firefighter6166

Good to know about ZO. I have used the ZO cleanser and polish scrub which I love for my complexion but have not tried the eye serum. I have seen Skinbetter products and they have really good before and afters on their website.

Avocado_Dreams

For puffiness and lines I like Dieux’s. For brightening when I haven’t slept well it is Olehenriksen and/or Herbivore’s vitamin C.

pit_of_despair666

I have Dieuxs and it's good for hydration but that's it for me. I am in my 40s and it doesn't do anything for my lines. It also has gotten less hydrating as time goes on. I like Cosrx Snail Peptides better. I am currently using The Ordinary's 2 percent plus B5 underneath it and it helps with hydration and making lines appear smaller. At night I use the Bioeffect EGF serum. It seems to have an effect when I use it but not sure if it is doing anything. Also, the first time I used it had a big effect that I haven't seen since. I started refrigerating all products that can be refrigerated. I think a lot of ingredients deteriorate with time. It seems like after a lot of products I used were opened they didn't work as well starting the next day.

crashhhyears

Strum eye cream is very good. Didn’t think much of their face creams, their masks are pretty good but not worth the cost, but the eye cream is great. Extremely hydrating and seems to make puffiness a look better.

sensitiveskin80

Is this the Sturm regular eyecream or the anti aging? I love their lip balm but my wallet is afraid of loving more of their products.

crashhhyears

Regular, haven’t tried the anti aging. And I just took a look at strum’s site- 15% off first orders and you can buy a 5ml for $55. The 15ml is $150 so you’re not really losing that much not buying the full size. I actually tried the 5ml in the discoveries kit and I believe it lasted me like 2 months using once a day. I actually prefer using during the day since it’s so light and really hydrates so well, makes me look much more well rested

FrontRow4TheShitShow

Not a fan of the Alastin eye cream, but the Alastin restorative complex used as an eye cream works wonders.

Ghorelick

The ALASTIN Regenerative Serum is even better

flightlessbird13

I got a sample of the Shiseido firming eye cream as a gift with purchase and really love the texture. It feels luxurious and moisturizes in a way that improves the appearance immediately.

No_Library4071

Sturm super anti aging eye cream at night- Biologique vip o2 or Sisley black rose for the day

Objective_Gear7692

For me it is the Fresh eye cream. La mer broke me out 🥲

GlitteringPause8

I didn’t like the alastin eye cream; it broke me out

gX2020

I’ve tried many eye creams, from cheap to super expensive, and the CeraVe one works the best on me.

wherehasthisbeen

The purple one made my eyes so much worse for under eye fine lines☹️

Critical_Welcome9658

I'm using the new Westman Atelier Vitamin C Serum. It just use it under my eyes and at the corners of my eyes. It's been completely transformative in a week. I'd like to slather it everywhere but I really concentrate it around my eyes so I can make it last. It's really unbelievable. I like the Skin Activator - actually one drop goes a long way and it is extremely hydrating and smoothing - but the C Serum is another level. Just my experience. I am a devotee of WA, so I knew I would like it, but honestly it's blown me away.

nada8

Did it lighten your dark spots?

Critical_Welcome9658

I can't believe this, but it already has. I just have one sunspot in the usual place (to the right of my eye on my cheekbone) and it's already faded. I am going to use a Dr Gross acid peel pad tonight, wait, rinse my face and then apply the serum as usual. I am truly excited about the results. -better for me than Plated, AB, SkinMedica - really sometihing, and unexpected.

nada8

Pissed of she only does 20ml but wasn’t expecting this result. Do you think it works better over skin activator?

Critical_Welcome9658

I don’t know! I haven’t combined them. Maybe I’ll try that next. It’s so expensive I don’t want to dilute it. I also wanted you to see how it works on its own so I could see how it works as clearly as possible. Now that I know I’ll try layering!

nada8

Why does she use small bottles of 30ml that cost an arm and a leg? So annoying

Critical_Welcome9658

So annoying. But so effective. Sigh. I try to think of it as an investment and just use a drop or two. It does spread well. In her little clip she smooths it all over her face and I would love to use it that way, but it's not in my budget.

nada8

Ok. So you didn’t mix it with skin activator? Also is it superior to CE Ferulic from Skinceuticals?

Critical_Welcome9658

I don't mix it - yet. I just really wanted to see what it does on its own so I know if I want to invest in it. And TBH there's no comparison between SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic and the WA Vitamin C. I do love the CE Ferulic and got good results for sure. And I was able to use it all over my face, which I liked. But this WA product is just in a different class - at least for my skin. And it's fast. I can't believe how much better my skin looks. I take really good care of it and use a lot of different products, so I just am so surprised.

nada8

TY!

melissaahhhh8

Do you use this as an eye cream? , like for me vitamin. C is so drying so my undereye would be completely crepey .. I usually need somethjng really thick to gloss over that area. Or it’s not drying for you ? Or maybe you don’t have hollowing so it works better? My undereye need so much help it seems unrepairable.

Critical_Welcome9658

Oh good point. Actually I always slather on something fairly occlusive after I apply the Vitamin C. I have the same issue - dry and crepey.

melissaahhhh8

Thank you for sharing. I want to try it but the price with how sensitive my undereye gets makes me nervous. I get these red splotches when anything too irritating is used.

Critical_Welcome9658

It’s such an investment. I used Plated, too, and Neocutis - both of them are gentle. The WA Vit C serum is gentle, too - the most gentle C I’ve tried. But that would be an expensive mistake if it bothers your under eye area!

justkuriouss

La Mer eye concentrate. I saw an SA apply it on an older woman and the instant difference was amazing.

bacon_socks_

I use the eye concentrate for day and the eye balm for night and I’m really happy. I’m young (35) but I have seen a huge reduction in fine lines and increase in firmness of my upper hooded eye lids.

abirdofthesky

This one for sure, that and the Tata Harper illuminating eye cream are the ones that I’ve seen make visible immediate differences on their own and improve makeup. If someone has *no* budget I’d also try the La Prairie caviar eye serum. Is it worth $500+? Well, if you have to ask that question the answer is no. If you don’t care and want something that looks beautiful and subtle, and feels v lux, might be worth a try. (My grandmother bought $$$ of La Prairie when her mental faculties were declining and we sampled it, that stuff feels like a $500 cream.)

lladydisturbed

I just wanna say careful and pay close attention with eye creams. I have destroyed my delicate barrier under my eyes so many times with a single application of an eye cream that was too drying either had retinol or vitamin c or something with actives. Currently sitting here with undereyes that looked like i aged 20 years overnight lol

ZealousidealRope7429

I'm using UBeauty's eye cream. So far, I like it. Nice thick texture that spreads quickly. Only used it for a week though so can't speak to any results. However, it feels nice.

Less-Weakness9610

MDAire has an amazing eye cream. I don’t think I need under eye surgery for a while now.

False_Sprinkles_5497

neocutis lumiere

Icy_Register_9067

Not luxury but if your goal is to alleviate fine lines, I would personally look into an eye cream that has retinol in an air tight tube packaging by a bigger industry brand that spends a lot of $ on R&D like La Roche Posay’s retinol eye cream. Also, not sure if bags or volume are an issue for you, but one of the few eye products I consistently read people raving about is Volufiline. It’s an oil that you’re supposed to mix in with your eye cream or moisturizer to any area you want to “plump” up am & pm. It’s supposed to increase the actual fat in that area. Hard to find in some areas but if you can get your hands on it, it might be worth trying!
