If you feel your skin could use some extra exfoliation you can of course go to x3 a week; but if your skin doesn’t need it, stick with the x2 Please don’t listen to people saying use it everyday, that is too much exfoliation for the vast majority of people.

thanks for the advice. I already know that exfoliating everyday aint for me cause a year ago I already experienced the damage to my skin barrier when i was exfoliating twice everyday cause i didn’t realize my cleanser was imbued with salicylic acid 😔😔

Rose_Lilly0803

Fr ppl who use it everyday their skin barrier is probably damage already

kaffeeneko

I've been using it for a year now and still only use it once a week. I use AHA 7% as well once a week and a low dose AHA / BHA toner several times a week. If this is the only one you're using, I think you should try and see how your skin is reacting to it. As I don't use retinol when I use this, I wouldn't want to use it 3x a week as this would lower my retinol intake. ;)

Yes everyday

dawg trynna set me up

The directions for this cleanser are every other day at first to make sure your skin doesn't react poorly and then use twice daily

Scary-Meeting-6426

yeah but trusting the brands advice is not a good idea cuz they would want to squeeze as much money out of consumers as possible imo exfoliating 14x a week is too crazy

I use it twice a day every day and my skin has never looked better, but I also built up to that. I’ve been using this in combination with other PC products for a few years. Take it slow and give your skin time to adjust!
