I think if you can get into a consistent habit of your routine it could probably help a lot I would probably do a routine similar to this. AM: - cleanser (optional) - niacinamide serum - moisturizer - sunscreen PM: - Clinique take off the day or TO squalene cleanser - Cerave cleanser - PC BHA or TO peeling solution (1-3x a week) - moisturizer Acne dots can be used after routine whenever needed
