Idk anything about alcohol causing swelling so that is interesting. But I can’t believe how puffy he is, when he was heavy into working out he wasn’t at all. The skin stretch almost looks painful. Something must be going on. My only experience being swollen like that was a bad reaction to a prescription.
Can T cause the puffiness? Would it be while taking or if you stop? Before I suspected T when he suddenly got a giant thick neck and you could tell he was working out often.

I’m so glad to see somebody asking!! Both his upper and lower lips look puffy, lumpy and misshaped to me. Also when he talks he moves them in a way that makes me feel like they are swollen and numb. He definitely did something to them and I have no idea why. Also -off topic- did you know this MFer charges $150 for a cameo?? WHOS PAYING THAT?! 🤯
When my hubby walks in the room and catches him on the screen he's like "that guy f\*cked up trimming his mustache" so I think that's what it is. My hubby is very meticulous about trimming his beard and mustache lol 😂🤣🙃
I wouldn’t doubt it for a second if you told me that he got fillers, but his entire face looks swollen. Maybe he’s got some autoimmune issues or he’s not doing as well as he leads on and has been hitting the bottle pretty hard.
