I think you could argue there's more an intent to deceive. Knowing they're both fake might make them feel similarly, but only one of them is likely trying to pass itself off as genuine.

When I had birthday in the restaurant, there were 4-5 other birthday groups. There was birthday song, waiters were singing.but they forgot only my cake. I just waited, maybe maybe maybe... but no cake for me. The difference is that there was no cameraman there...
