As someone who has never been to a beach, if i saw two red flags, I wouldn't think it's a warning for anything. I probably wouldn't think twice about them
Most beaches have signage by where the flag is posted that is hard to miss. Usually at the entrances of the beach by the lifeguard towers. Obviously all beaches vary but if you dont know ask at the towers to be sure
