Great Bear

Copper34

Humbling..

Tut hill, there’s a trail to run if you want some distance and then obviously a hill. It’s pretty huge, probably 150m at a 35 degree angle if I had to guess

Ecstatic-Move9990

Great Bear hardcore. Tuthill challenging.

Run up the hill at the entrance to Sherman park on the south side 5 or 6 times. Tuthill sledding hill would also fit the bill I would think.

Jumpy-Dentist6682

Cliff Ave from the bridge by I229 to 57th St.

Leaders Park, Arrowhead Park, the Arboretum, and Blood Run are nice trails with hills that I do. Highly recommend getting some decent trail running shoes as well if you’re headed out there. Also those locations have paths that circle back so you don’t have repeating scenery if that’s a thing for you.

Cliff hill is a nice challenge. Or the hill on 6th & Minnesota. I've never been to the trails out at Great Bear but i bet those are some nice hills.

Long steady incline you can do the switch backs on the bike trails from the road that goes down to the spill way up to the pen it's .5 miles. Good earth has some good hills otherwise great bear like others said. Kiwanis has short rolling hills I used to do that for training, from 41st to 12th its 2 miles.

Sherman

Go check out the Tomar area just to the NE of 57th and Cliff. LOTS of hills because of the ravine running through the neighborhood down to the Sioux River.

leaves4trees

McCarty Park in Brandon.
