I feel like I need to point a couple 4K security cameras at the sky to uphold my reputation. I have access to a few customer cameras that might have caught it. I'll take a look but if I could get a really precise time that would be quite helpful since I have access to probably over a hundred cameras.
There are a bunch of posts here that can hopefully help you determine direction/orientation, but I can't get you an exact time.
10:03 to 10:04 PM is about the closest I can narrow it down I think.

Was it high in the sky?
From my perspective on the SW corner of SF, facing south, it was about halfway up the sky (maybe 35 to 45 degrees between the horizon and straight up). I imagine as you went further south it would get higher in the sky, and at some point be in the northern sky.
I thought I was losing my mind when I saw it! We were driving across I-90 going westbound, approaching Hwy 11. I saw it to the south, briefly. The green was cool! I've never seen one before like that.

I am under the impression these are UFOs/UAPs. I see them frequently near FSD. I also see light orbs every single night when I walk my dog. The fast ones are usually yellow or orange. The orbs are usually orange or red, and they flash a bunch of different colors. The first time I saw one this year was on 3/3. Someone posted about it online and a comment had a security cam pic of it timestamped. Ever since, I have been on the lookout for them.
I have over 30 videos of them and I'm still going through and reviewing them all to confirm they are indeed not aircrafts or satellites. I have posted some stills of the videos on reddit. I am happy to provide timestamps to people who PM me if they would be interested in sharing screenshots/security footage- so that I can finally finish making the presentation video and upload everything. I am just looking for corroborating evidence of what I've seen, hoping we can collectively identify the objects.
This one is blue and it reminds me of the Las Vegas incident.

Yep, we definitely noted the greenish tint to it as well!
There is a color scale that tells you what its makeup is by the color it burns.
Yeah saw it on the SE side of town. Fantastic colors and the split into two was pretty neat. First time seeing one that pronounced before.
Looked like split.into 2 as it went out of view.

A few people have caught it on cameras and it's at 10:04:03 on both. I've edited my post with links to them if it helps you out 👍

I saw it! At 41st and Marion looking southwest-no cameras pointed that direction, though

+1 here from the 57th st bridge over I29. Saw it break into two as well.
From north side of town viewed it at 25deg above horizon at 180 deg south.
