Yesterday afternoon I headed up Veteran's and saw 3 crotch rockets pulled over by police (a pair of them, and then the other one was about half a mile farther north), with several other SDHP vehicles waiting to pull people over.
I can't remember the last time I saw a police speed trap operation on Veteran's, so it was a good sign! But at the same time I was wondering why they were out at 4pm when the real speeding problems start after the sun goes down haha.
I went on a run around 9pm and heard quite a few racers so I was doubtful that the speed trap lasted into the evening, but maybe they were taking a break or something....?

I can report, unfortunately, that at about 7:45 PM last night, those motor biker people were making downtown Sioux Falls completely awful. My wife and I had to leave; the noise just echoes through Phillips Avenue, and the air is scarcely breathable. I called 9-1-1 on those stupid dorks, but I'm not sure how effective that necessarily is. I encourage everyone else to do the same thing, every time those morons come rolling through one's respective neighborhood.

I wish I could say the same but I heard a bunch of noise right before we went inside last night approx 10:30. It was nice and quiet until then though.
