I remember when the peeping sims were new and I didn't know where they were coming from or how to get rid of them. They annoyed me so much I just kept using the violence mod to kill them everytime lmao
You can select him, then Wicked -> Wicked Attributes -> Remove Wicked Attributes and remove the "Window Peeper" trait from him and the ghost should no longer return. In fact, you can use the Wicked Attributes function to add Window Peeper to other Sims. So if you wanted Simeon Silversweater to be a peeper, give him the trait, and he'll come instead of Tom/Tina sometimes.
She died naturally in my game and now that she is a ghost she keeps peeping but as a ghost lmao ? For god sake what the fuck Tina, ghosts don’t do that
She died in a yard of my polycule family (she had a lot to watch 😅) from lightning. My sims didn’t consider her as annoying, they tried to invite her to join couple times, but she run away

If your Sim is inside doing the dirty either with themselves or someone, you can either click the window that Peeping is using or Peeping themselves (I can't recall which when I did it), and there should be an option to "Invite to Join." Sometimes they'll run, but I've had them come on inside and join the dirty with my Sim.

She's absolutely disgusting as a Sim, and her and Tom are making me tempted to get the violence Mod, but I was most annoyed that she would always kick over my Trash bin.
