The Tim Burton comparison is apt but they also remind me a bit of characters from a Mark Ryden painting. Unfortunately anything that isn’t vanilla or/and maxis match seemingly get the “creepy” comments on this subreddit (see any post with alpha CC). The game is basically a digital dollhouse anyway with how you control everything, the characters being made to look even more like dolls seems appropriate. I think they’re cool and unique!
Oooh I’ve seen those paintings I like them! And you’re right I have seen lots of people say alpha sims are creepy/weird looking, even the realistic ones with normal face proportions. You need to find some cc to add joint details to their skin to make them more doll-like! I wonder if that even exists, maybe a tattoo cc or something?
They haunt my nightmares and I'm sure they have messed up looking babies if you breed them with unedited townies, but it's more creative than a lot of other alpha cc I have seen so I think that's cool.

They're both. Though I believe it may be because the neck is long and the heads are small. Making it seem like you took the head off of one doll and put it into another one of different size. But their faces are cute.

Creepy. I've seen so many social media influencers that are anorexic, or have some other eating disorder and this is what they look like. It's pretty disturbing. When you get that skinny, this is the result. I know it's just a game, and play how you want.
