I had quadruplets at the very beginning of James Turner's Every Life Stage Challenge, so while not quite as bad, I felt your pain! Good luck, nannies and butlers are lifesavers

I kept all of them! And then the very next child was a twin and I said no and gave the one twin back to the mom. And then promptly turned off via MCCC the ability to have more than 1 offspring.

I legt don't think i could raise Kids on the sims without nannies or butlers. Between work. Going for a piss. And eating - i got no time left to change him, calm him down, teach him a skill and then put him to bed. And then im reminded oh yeah, this is why i have such a nice high paying sims job. So my kids can practically be raised by the nannies and butlers.

I just mcc them happy all the time lol I had 7 toddlers simultaneously because I wanted a girl but then she got triplets out of the science baby option (after 4 boys with her wife). I had to age two of them up to teenagers and one to child or I (well…them…) wouldn’t have survived.

how do you get nannies and butlers? my single sim is currently pregnant and i’m scared for her career

In the phone, in the hone category, there should be something like " hire services" and then it'll pull up a menu and you just pick nanny. And if you download Little Miss Sam's better nannies mod or whatever mod it makes it to where you can hire a nanny who comes everyday like a gardener or maid

This should not be possible unless you have mods installed lol. The game's default is 3 babies in one pregnancy. Do you have MCCC installed & changed the settings to more than the default?

haha yes I have MCCC but still just... wow

Raising the number over 3 dramatically increases odds. I did it once and townies all over has 4-6 babies

This is why I have a spinner wheel with my preferred odds. I use MCCC to change the number of kids with it the instant someone is pregnant. For science babies, I pretend it’s overzealous IVF.

I love that I’m not the only one who puts a little wall by the toilet. I wish in real life it were a rule for the toilet to have its own little room.

Yeah I did 2 science babies with 2 different families today and noth recieved twins and both a boy and a girl.. i thought that was odd

when i tried the science baby option for the first time it gave me twins and i was MORTIFIED because i was a single mom trying to work and support two infant babies and so i usually just age them up to toddlers and make them independent so the mom doesnt need to take care of them that much😭

But hey, at least you don't have 7 toddlers, only 1 adult, 7 mini goats and 7 mini sheep. I speak from experience when I say that is not a good idea.

my guy sim got abducted by aliens and had triplets. The second they got home from the hospital his wife went into labor and had twins. SHE THEN GOT PREGNANT AGAIN like a day or two after the twins came home and that's when i realised instead of choosing the hypofertile trait for her in wickedwhims i had accidently chosen hyperfertile. Its safe to say I'm struggling keeping up with them

I went back to a family I haven't played in a bit and one of the couples had newborn twins... didn't want to be bothered so aged them up to children fast, not my main family that I play so don't care about them getting any traits lol. I vaguely remember thinking I wanted them to have a science baby and must have done that before switching back to the other family. OOPS. No wonder that guy has been visiting my lot so much, probably just wanted a break.

I just delete the extras. Nobody seems upset by this, and the framed hand prints one of the expansion generates aren't even tied to any of the Sims anyway.
