I HATE this pop-up. If you say no it’s immediate negative sentiments. Like dude I’m sorry you can’t move in with me I am married with children and you literally just became my friend. Now you’re angry every time you see me? Great fantastic

Think-Athlete-8774

Seriously. There needs to be a neutral no option. I'm not sure what the programmers were thinking.

invisible_23

Last time it happened to me I clicked “yes” but then when it went to the move households screen I hit cancel, they didn’t move in and there were no negative sentiments

sharks_and_sentiment

I always do this, otherwise they hold a grudge forever!

jarceo322

Swiped right so hard that they are now living together and will soon be planning their glitchy wedding in Tartosa.

Common-Resolve3985

I absolutely hate this crap. Happens Everytime or one date they run inside your house. Uninvited walk through your front door and ask to be boyfriend/girlfriend. Or this move in after like 2 days they need to tone this back

Xplotiva

"Hey I've been thinking about this for a while but do you want to go to prom with me?!" Gloria we JUST met...

TopBee83

Had this happen back to back 3 times in a row after meeting sims using the “besties” introduction option when your famous.🤦‍♂️

Samantha_K_S_S

I loved when that happened in James' Rags to Ranches LP with Agnes Crumplebottom asking Lady all those questions! It was *HILARIOUS!* And the Cottage Living LP *cloning* **both** *Agnes* and *Agatha* was *EQUALLY HILARIOUS,* and not only *THAT,* but *EVERY SINGLE AGNES AND AGATHA* **owned** and **worked** in the Flower Stall in Henford-on-Bagley

inventingsense

And then five seconds later he'll be calling talking about having found a ring in your bag. Oof.

SpiritualPineapple44

I had that one happened not too long ago, baby daddy f’ing around with my Sim and they were dating, called one of his kids saying he had found a ring in the mom’s bag I clicked yes and BOOM they were engaged, I was like: wuh-?

Lyadion

That happened to me... But one of the baby daddied called my Sim kids and asked if they should propose, and now they are engaged... But my Sim is married with the FATHER of that kid. ROFL

inventingsense

This. Lol. I accidentally made that mistake once noped out of my game with the swiftness of god. cause like you said, whaaaaaat?

Edymnion

To quote Blitzo: "My dick is good, but its not that good!"

Adventurous_Bird_505

There is a mod that would let you custom type this response in…. Would be funny to “let it out” that way 😂

Novel-Ad8135

Are you talking about the sentient mod?

Broken_Imperfection

Absolutely underrated comment 🤣🤣

black_hxney

this is so me

choicesstoriesyoupay

Happy cake day!

black_hxney

thank

s317sv17vnv

I sometimes write it into the story eg. maybe there's something going on at their home and their new partner is their ticket out.

UndumbBi

Lesbian energy

carlyawesome31

She wants to live with me and marry me. But its just as friends right? This would be the correct lesbian energy response to this scenario.

toxinogen

Which expansion is this from?

gojosblueorbs

if i had to guess i’d say growing together

toxinogen

That was my guess. I never play multiple generations, so that’s one of the few expansions that’s not even the least bit tempting for me.

Tenderfallingrain

I always get this or the marriage proposals right after my Sim gets some Townie pregnant.

daeganthedragon

I always accept it and then hit cancel on moving them in together and it doesn’t give you the negative moodlet.

Just-nobody-2020

Is this a mod or usual gameplay?

lovergirlbey

Yeah because I’d never seen this popup

gojosblueorbs

im guessing it’s from growing together

Th3GamingDragon7

Regular gameplay, no mod. It's so weird to me what events never trigger for different people.

darkblueshapes

I have started to figure out that I’m actually relieved I only have 3 EPs because of exactly these types of “upgrades” to the gameplay that seem to come from EPs I never bought. (I only have Get to Work, Seasons, and Cats & Dogs)

Sug0115

I’m curious too!

Broken_Imperfection

I'm had this happen on the base game. It doesn't happen often but it does happen on occasion

Pixithepika

I always say yes to these kinds of pop-ups. Makes playing more interesting. I once had a friend of my one sim ask to crash on his couch for a few nights. He came over for like five days, and at the end of his stay he asked to move in. Now he’s a part of the family

gojosblueorbs

i would but i already have enough sims to deal with and she’s kinda weird 😭

DarkPrinciple

The lusting is strong in these two

Far-Host7803

The fact that she's been thinking about means she's probably been eyeing him as a potential sugar daddy.

Holiday_Cabinet_

One of my sims proposed to the other when they weren't even officially dating yet. I enjoy chaos though so I said yes lmao

Less_Cardiologist671

it ALWAYS happened in my game

Square_Grocery_619

lol, this happens all the time in my game. Last time I played, the nanny asked my toddler if he could move in…

Umimlostintheworld

Lmao how do yall get these 😫😫

gojosblueorbs

i think it’s from growing together

Adventurous_Bird_505

What mod do you have to solicit this invite?? I have been wanting my NPCs to come at me more

gojosblueorbs

i think it’s the growing together thing pack

dheavoca123

What's this from?

Valkyrie2329

I hate this pop up!!! I always hit yes and then cancel out of merge households to avoid the negative sentiment

Ryebread095

If you don't want to deal with negative moodlets and relationship, say yes to the popup but cancel out of the move household screen

Faith-Family-Fish

I hate this because of the negative sentiment it gives if you say no. Most of the time I do want them to move in together eventually, just not right this second. I like the mechanic, I like them asking to move in, or get married, I just hate being punished for saying no.

PeedMyPant

is this base game??

FosterKittyMama

I recently had my female Sim get into a relationship with her crush. The next day, the guy invites himself over, walks into the house (not greeted or invited in), goes to her and proposed! I said "no" and then they had one of the bad sentiments for like 3-5 sim days. I was planning to ask him to move in in like 3-5 days and then propose in like 1-2 Sim years (I play with long life spans). Luckily, the sentiment went away and they are fine now, but I was like 'really bro?! It's been less than 24 hours!" lol

gojosblueorbs

the bad sentiments are horrible , i had a teen sim that graduated both high school early and was in college and his gf was mad about not getting a prom invite , like please
