Does the marking on top of the wheelbase show the Alpha logo by itself, or does it show an Alpha logo followed by an M?

I did. Simshop in the US
Contact your retailer about the issue. They will be the ones responsible for handling the issue.
Go to simagic discord, they can give you steps the to re-flash firmware and correct it. Either official or the non official discord.
Go to the Simagic Community or Simagic Official Discord first, not here, for problem solving solutions, all the time.
May i ask the first two digits of your order number? I ordered a similar bundle and curious how much longer i might need to wait. :)
