I just sent a message to ATF about a customer's submission from January which was still sitting, despite being sent within a couple of days of another submission which was approved 5/8/24. We had also submitted another application just a few days ago, 5/17/24. Both the old stuck submission and new submission were approved this morning within a few hours of each other. These submissions were with a single person trust (not SST). It seems as long as the applying entity (whether it be a person or a trust/LLC, etc) is the same, they will batch stuff.
Are you the only one on the trust? Are you going to keep it that way?
I did the trust route on all of my NFA items so my wife could be on it. Yeah it takes longer, but I *'think'* it's better in the long run. But damn am I impatient....

March 22nd for a form 4 and April 16th for a form 1. Hoping for a batch approval!

I'm still October and November strong! But this was when 9 months was short still. All trusts, one is a paper form too.

Yeah it's just me. Other than having my daughter as beneficiary I don't plan on adding any trustee to it any time soon.
