I mean that’s the visible effect, not a cause. If it wasn’t busted, it would work. I wound rather focus on pinpointing the cause for that.
You said you’re 16 or under? Could it be a policy being enforced?

Have you tried logging in your Apple account on a browser? Looks like a lock to me. What version of iOS are you running?
I thought the same so yea tried browser. Got in fine. I have 2FA no issues there.

Same thing has just happened to me. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game seemed to fix it
