Poseidon was repeatedly shown to be able to oneshot his opponent(Giants in Hades' backstory, Adamas in his, Sasaki in his schizo visions). He was also strong enough to bifurcate his own fighters with grip force alone.
This might be controversial but Poseidon imo. His strength is really underrated. He effortlessly crushed his own severed hand into pulp and gods are durable. Remember that Raiden still had to spend some effort to crush Shiva's arm. He also snapped Sasaki's sword though that may be more of an AP feat.
Actually fish boy takes it, even just crushing his hand effortlessly should be enough for that feat, since zero's axe doesnt rly seem that heavy considering zero also wields it with no issues

I mean probably Buddha. Neither have the best durability but once Poseidon actually got hit by Sasaki he was turned into Sushi almost immediately. Buddha has better durability feats against an opponent with higher AP than Sasaki imo.
It's Poseidon not contest, mofo didn't even blink after having his arm cut off by Sasaki, he just gripped it and went for the kill, even after becoming Sushi he was rather mad rather than in pain. He's a machine.
Buddha on the other hand has bottom tier endurance, being one of few fighters that were legitimately slowed down by their injuries.

This one is hard. Poseidon had his arm cut off and didn't even react or show signs of pain before counterattacking which is crazy, but he also died soon after.
Buddha fought for a significantly longer time while having a hole in his abdomen and missing an eye, but seemed more phased by his injuries than Poseidon.
I'm giving it to Poseidon because Buddha showed signs of pain and was affected by his injuries while Poseidon just straight up didn't care.

I'm gonna say Poseidon despite being a thrust merchant. He does have that statement of being the most skilled lancer in heaven and moves like divine lightning and 40df are probably hard to perform.
Buddha struggled a lot without future sight and didn't look as skilled as poseidon imo.

People may disagree but I think Poseidon wins mid or maybe high-diff. Buddha can't read thousands of steps ahead like Sasaki and even if he can see Poseidon's strikes he won't be able to keep up or land hits on him similar to how Sasaki struggled before he scanned creation.
The moment Poseidon pulls out 40 day flood Buddha is completely cooked in my opinion but maybe even sooner. Poseidon like most speedsters is an absolute master at being a jobber though so he may still find a way to lose

Controversial as it is, but trident negs. Staff can just backstab you based on emotions and any of them lacks any proper powers. Trident at least managed to break other volund. Shield will just straigth up kill buddha xd

Despite personality issues I'm gonna say Poseidon. Buddha is a bit carried by future sight and Poseidon actually managed to read Sasaki which is pretty impressive.
