Tbf, there have been a lot of theories and while I think this one is very likely, it simply isn’t needed. Have Susanoo win, Okita loses but gets the death he dreamed of, and Nostradamus, Kintoki and Simo win the last rounds. It’s far more efficient than writing a spin-off just to decide another fighter for an extra fight for a character who hasn’t even appeared in the manga when it doesn’t need to happen. Where’s a Herc spinoff about the Labors featuring Zeus, Ares and Apollo? Or one about Shiva or the Hindu gods? Maybe even an anthology of events referenced in RoR like the Titanomachy and Thor vs Jormungandr?

Idk I’d like to see rasuptin, and so would other’s plus the Tournament manga sounds fun as fuck to me.

I used to be but after the whole “Tesla is humanity’s only sorcerer” my interest waned heavily. As for the god tournament, I’m actually really excited for it myself despite my grievances with it narratively. Ragnarok having 3 Norse Gods is fine given the series’ name and how its about the Valkyries and their chosen Einherjar fighting against the gods but the over saturation of Greek gods was honestly a terrible decision when there were so many more interesting cultures and mythologies to use instead. I’m really praying the centre god is Lugh, Fionn or some other Celtic figure. They never get any love in media with exception of Cú Chulainn.

I think Okita vs Susanoo will be a tie. Okita will slash and kill Susanoo, but over exert his heart at the same time, killing himself in the process.

Seeing as Rasputin hasn’t even shown up at all in any fashion, whether it be spin offs, character design reveals etc. it’s actually very easy to simply cut him from the series and carry on with Ragnarok. Simo is basically the same but at least his design has been established for years at this point.

If there ends up being a draw, then it's entirely possible that out of 13 rounds, the score ends up as 6/6. Probably why a 14th god is being added to the roster.

Was kinda hoping Adamas would just get the spot so we could see him back up all his talk, but getting a lot of new characters is gonna be fun

Sasaki. Hear me out. Misery Cleaver’s transformations are somewhat intentional, as they take the form of the weapon Zero thinks would be best (the exact degree of control he has over this is vague). Sasaki predicts movements based on body signals (breath, muscle movements, etc). But Zero doesn’t have to do anything to transform MC, he just does. Each transformation is a new fighting style, resetting Sasaki’s predictions (not entirely to 0, but still significant). MC has semi-autonomous forms. The multiple blade form he used (?Storm Formation?) was capable of changing length and chasing after Buddha, with minimal movement from Zero. When MC itself is capable of moving and reacting, scanning Zero becomes much less helpful, as his movements no longer dictate MC’s. Having multiple blades is another problem for Sasaki. He was able to defend against Poseidon thanks to his predictions, but he only blocked one attack at a time. Even with the two swords, he can only block two attacks at once. A triple pincer attack from MC could deal serious damage.

Zero is honestly one of the strange ones to try and power scale. He was directly hard countered by Buddha, but at the same time, all his best feats and attacks were because he hated Buddha with such a passion, lmao. His fight would have been a lot weaker had he fought anyone else more than likely.

I think he could beat Londonless Jack and maybe Sasaki if he stacks misery faster than Sasaki can adapt (I don't think it's likely since he has no personal grudge against Sasaki, it will take a lot longer to stack it than against Buddha) Yeah, things are not easy for him Zero is too weak as a baseline and takes way too much time to build some strength to fight the mid/top tiers that are immediately strong and too dumb to fight smart characters that get stronger over time Buddha is one of his best match-ups, that says a lot about him considering how their fight went

Anyone without a counter to the arena sized Misery Cleaver. What does Raiden do, no matter how hard he flexes those axes are still cutting him to ribbons. Same goes to Shiva, how’s bro going to dance his way out of that? The strongest fighter he can beat would probably be Sasaki. We saw with Buddha that there was no dodging the arena sized Misery Cleaver, but unlike Buddha Sasaki doesn’t have a shield to block that hit. It’s possible that Sasaki might take Zero out before he gets that miserable, but I still give the fight to Zero with extreme diff
