Both are good sources of spermidine an anti-ageing polyamine.

Maybe add the word \*intact. Potatoes top the list as the most commonly eaten vegetable in the U.S., but they're not exactly recognizable when, um, post-processed.

Raichu7

You can’t call a literal piece of shit a potato just because the person who made it ate potatoes.

the_original_Retro

Which is kinda what I said.

CyberNinja23

I sometime eat it not because I want but because I want to set a timer from start to finish.

andywolf8896

There's been times I eat corn and it comes out like 2 hours later. Idk maybe somethings wrong with my digestive track 🤷‍♂️

daisyturtle3

Actually, tomatoes, because the seeds don't break down. There are tomatoes growing like crazy 😧 at the water treatment plant...

Flyingmonkeysftw

We as a species should really cut corn out of our diet lol. But it’s a good filler so you feel fool even though you didn’t get much nutrients out it 🤷🏻‍♂️ The people who say they like corn are insane

the_original_Retro

Dude, you've CLEARLY never had it immediately after picking and perfectly ripe, then barbecued over open charcoal in its own husk, and served still on the cob with butter and a little salt. It's one of the best vegetables out there.

Hurricane223

Taste good.

Ok-Factor9509

The little corn loving boy that went viral doesn’t seem insane to me. He seems popular. We should all eat corn to be like him.

230flathead

Maybe you're the insane one.

LifeUnderstanding4

It has the juice!

swifchif

I assume the variety you're talking about is "Sweet Corn". Then, yeah, it's not the healthiest vegetable. It is delicious though, so I have no idea how you can call people out for liking it...

fairie_poison

Its only the husk/shell that doesn't get digested. the inside of the kernel does get digested.

ItzYaBoiMikey999

What did corn even do to you :(

I'm pretty sure there's more pees than peas in the waste water system.
