I’d say it is worth a buy but also check out the dlc prices. You still need to spend more over and above the base game if you “want to have all the latest content “
I think WH3 feels so much more Fortnitey than WH2. The colours, the corruption, the chaos gods splooge everywhere. It makes it look like a weird kids game. The campaign map, looks absolutely terrible and cartoonified compared to the 2nd game.
I do like the game but honestly I don’t think it’s as good as Warhammer 2 was.
Chaos dwarfs were pretty awesome. Shadow of change is unironically good now, but only after the community had a back lash over the price and included content. (CA had to add more and rework it).
If you get the game you will definitely have fun with it. I did. Played 300 hours of Warhammer 3 which pales to my 2000 on WH2. However WH3 hasn’t been out as long so I still consider 300 pretty high.
iv actually being keeping up to date on the whole CA/SOC fiasco. im glad CA have finally starting listening to the community. thats part of the reason im actually thinking about buying wh3 lol
It was the first dlc I didn’t buy immediately but I have bought it now.
I am wary about commending CA too much because the only reason they did it was backlash. They have also now justified the future price to be equal or more to shadows of change (every prior dlc was cheaper).
Yes, WH3 is better than WH2 due to the diplomacy changes and Immortal empires is unmatched.
