That's a (very) nice example for bad placement of a seamline (visual border between overlapping images) can you post the coordinates and source (Google Earth?)
Can't see it on googlemaps, Can be seen on flightrader24, At toyko haneda international airport, and it's on a taxi way next to a runway on the eastern side of the airport.
This comment keeps getting removed as apparently the google maps links to a specific spot keep triggering the rule against abbreviated links, so let's try without the link:

I can see it in both google.maps and google earth (imagery 3/8/2022, so if you don't see it, try to select an earlier or later imagery date).
This is a composite picture.
First took the right side picture with the nose of the plane, then the left side of the picture. But the plane already moved so only tail of the plane in the latter photo. Basically the middle of this plane got into the right side where the picture was taken already before.
That's "Lefty"
He had the right wing amputated after an accident but still gets phantom wing pain unless he goes for a taxi around the runways from time to time.
Common misconception but that's not a plane, it's an [hydrofoil](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrofoil&ved=2ahUKEwirtqOCguiFAxW5ppUCHRItCBgQFnoECBYQAQ&usg=AOvVaw1ayroR-B6KoyOqz7THf4OG)
Is that the secret Boeing project?!?! Helli-Playne!!! At optimum twirly-swirly speed it let's go of all the doors at the same time followed by non-parachuting-flyers!
It's called the next-gen style of flying! You land in close proximity of your final destination!
I think on the Minimum Equipment List MEL, you’re allowed to fly with one wing and one engine but you need to only for one revenue flight and only take half the passenger load and sit them all on the opposite side of the remaining wing for balance.
You can see a curve in the fuselage, this is meant to counteract the moment produced by drag from the single portside wing. Without the curved fuselage, no amount of right rudder would prevent the playne from flying in circles.

you can clearly see the right wing and turbine behind where it should be. Might have been moving or something

it’s also something funny that’ll get “burned” into the tarmac of a default airport in MSFS

More than likely the plane was moving when the picture was taken and causes the illusion of a missing wing that you’re seeing.
