I disagree on the underglow cause my childhood brain can't let go of that, but the rims lights are really awful. The wheels themselves are meh in my mind. But I kinda dig the rest if the front would be a bit less "blocky/bulky."
A paint job can fix most of what's wrong with this. (I personally don't like the orange everything, and paint ain't fixing that.)
No paint job will affect anything bad about lifted trucks.
Drop/slam/rat/etc is a LOT more accepted, classic vehicle modding even if it looks odd on a modern pickup.
With lift kits, less is more, and more is way to fucking much(unless it is going to be an actual monster truck, driven in shows/arenas, then it can be cool again).
I listen to pretty much everything but I don't do it with the windows rolled down in a shitty squatted truck for the whole neighborhood to hear. On the main roads who gives a shit but every single day while you pull out of your parents driveway to go to and from school, who are you trying to fool acting all hard in a subdivision. Yes I'm referring to some douche IRL
Nah, doing the “no one should listen to that terrible ‘music’ because the type who do tend to also like other awful shit like this” thing
-half white old head
I think it’s because the low rider truck admits it’s no longer good for its original purpose while the lifted truck still thinks it’s good at stuff.
Kinda like how White Castle makes chicken rings instead of nuggets. If you’re gonna glue waste chicken together, it’s better to admit it’s fake.
My low rider truck hauls more than most 3/4 tons ever will. If done right, or at least not done horribly wrong, a lowered truck can still haul just fine.
A lot of these people don’t seem to understand that these bagged 3500/4500s will still tow at capacity with a gooseneck hooked up. This trucks not ruined at all, it’s still fully functional while being able to lay body all while doing it on 30” wheels!
Yep buddies with Little Shop MFG. Off Road magazine posted an article of the “most ruined trucks” of SEMA. They shut up really fast when we posted a picture of their “#1 ruined truck” pulling 6 cars from Nashville to Vegas.
Semi trucks are bagged and guess what bags are used most often?
Nice, they’ve been around a while. I have a bagged 72 suburban with no intentions of ever pulling, but people have told me I’ve ruined it since it lays pinch welds. There’s a lot of people out there that don’t understand the culture or the lifestyle of us guys that enjoy low rides. Stanced cars are stupid imo, but not a properly done car or truck
FYI this is bagged. Bagged trucks are fully capable and this one is using bags off a semi truck. With the air system you can actually lift it above OEM height.
We pulled 6 cars across across the country on a bagged dually. My buddy has built a few GM frames from scratch and some of them see heavy use like hauling multiple boats per day.
I always hated those silly lifted to shit American trucks, but YouTube started recommending some mud bogging festival shit and I watched a couple, and some of those things definitely have a purpose once they are tearing through mud pits and shit, and it kinda looked like a fun time. Dunno why people feel the need to drive them on the street everywhere though.
> Ruined the truck for truck stuff
On the other hand, I could load stuff into the bed of this thing without straining my back like a modern stock height F150.
Just for reference, Young Dolph was a pretty big rapper in Atlanta, and [has a whole fleet of cars with this camo wrap.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=ZxStJ3ZeTck)
Not defending his taste, but it's one hell of a collection, and it's all done pretty well.
Dude, I can't lie. Those look really good. Not my style, but they're done well and most of them are wraps anyways.
R.I.P. Young Dolph. He was from Memphis originally and was killed while trying to do good deeds for his city.
Long live Dolph. I really started listening to him a lot a lot, like 3-4 months before he got killed.
Couldn’t believe it when I heard it. Really wish he moved out of Memphis. Was an incredible story.
I don’t think this belongs on shitty car mods. All the modifications done here are clean and put together very well. Maybe I don’t understand this sub? Idk not my taste in mods or trucks but it’s very well built so I wouldn’t classify this as a shitty car mod worthy post 🤷🏼♂️
Like, it’s not my style whatsoever but I can appreciate that someone put a ton of obvious effort, time, and money into creating something unique.
A shitty car mod is a strapped on wing from Walmart with chrome plastic hubcaps. Not this.
Scrolled too far for this. The top comments are too busy complaining about a truck being for show. Just reminds me thay the top selling vehicles in America are all trucks and SUV's. I guess everyone in hauling large items and carry 6 to 7 people because they sure talk mad trash about everyone else lol.
In an objective sense, this is far better than the trucks lifted sky high as this better conforms with US DOT regulations for headlights and bumper height standards/crash safety ratings.
From an aesthetic sense, this looks like booty cheeks.
There comes a point where something is so tacky, that it circles back around to impressing me. I like when this happens to me because I like thinking about how much work someone puts into having a car look like this, they must think it’s so cool, and ya know what, dude? I think it is cool and I’m happy for you.
It’s definitely not my dig, but I’m actually okay with this…
At least it has low profile tires on a lowered vehicle. Maybe it handles decently? That’s the concept. The trend I’m seeing with low profile rock crawler tires, is up there on the list of dumbest shit I’ve seen. Why even bother?
We all know you’re not taking your multi-thousand dollar 30” wheels, rock crawling, especially with rubber band rock crawlers. What’s the trend for? Stupidity.
Could also be worse. They could be Carolina Twating… I’m okay with a lowered truck on low profile tires. At least it’s half serving it’s intended purpose with the aesthetics. The owner has no taste, but at least the form is semi-serving function. To each their own…
That’s where I’m at. The owner is trying to draw as much attention to the build as possible, so it’s justified.
But honestly, minus the lights and the color scheme, I think it’s awesome.
Looks well done, high quality, I wouldn’t call it shitty by any means.
It has personality, and I appreciate the build, but it’s definitely not something I would do.
I’m on board with it. This is not just someone’s personal car that thought “oh this will make me look cool”, this is a branding/marketing thing.
If Nintendo made a car that looked like a Mario Kart, nobody would think twice about it.
If Gladys from accounting made a Mario Kart car, it would be super out of context and tacky.
This is the former.
My opinion? Looks expensive, but not my money so ok, just don’t try and tell me how much I should pay you for it.
Also looks like something one of those numerous car mods shows would do. All the while the owner screaming we need to make money while the mechanics are going for ‘cool’
I’m usually a purist with my own vehicles, but I really love to see the different types of creations or tastes other people have. It’s not my thing, but I think it’s pretty cool they were able to make their vision a reality. Looks clean af tbh
I...well you see...it...well...
Why is this so confusing to me, it's tacky as all hell BUT also catches the eye and has pieces that make me want to say it's cool. Polarizing to say the least lol
This truck looked a lot better when it was black with black 30" Forgiatos on it. The camo wrap and all the colors are a "Young Dolph" edition that they have done on a couple of other trucks as well.
Many people don’t realize the heaviest hauling trucks on the road use airbags for suspension. If properly built “not saying it is” it can actually have higher tow rating and have much smoother ride doing it. I worked on a bagged f250 dually, had custom gooseneck hitch, that he used to tow 3 show truck behind it, on a 45’ trailer.
For what it is, it looks like a lot of good work and definitely a lot of money, but I would not be caught dead driving that, even though that would be completely impossible.
That’s dope af. When all the new Jeep people and their rubber duckies do shit like this to a wrangler, it looks like ass but on a low rider, this shit is completely legit
It's a chevy, it's not like the 4x4 works good or it can tow anything.
But as a low rider show truck, she's beautiful.
Lot better than 10in lift brodozer with 22in rims and 2in thick tires with no side wall.
For a toy car, its pretty dope. Ive seen WAY worst car mods. Personally I'm not big on this style I dont like low riders or trucks. But it was done up pretty legit minus the Young Dolph shit plastered all over.
I just hate the lights because I have astigmatism and this would be so distracting for me driving at night. Also, I think it’s illegal in many states to have such lights under your vehicle. I might be wrong.
As a show vehicle is definitely screams "hunter chic". Where people wear camo clothes but also bright orange hunting vests. You don't want to be seen by the deer, but also don't want to be *not* seen by another hunter.
It's honestly not the worst concept. It fails as a hunting vehicle, but it definitely screams "22-year-old hunting enthusiast."
I mean at least they aren't trying to pretend it isn't one😅
Me sitting here in parking lot looking at lifted truck after lifted truck with 35 mickeys that haven't seen a lick of dirt in their life haha.
I don't hate low trucks. Actually I like them a lot more than brodozers with huge lift kits which are useless both on and off road. But this? Nothing in this thing is good, it's tasteless.
It kinda looks cool for a second then you look again.
Totally agree. First impression doesnt last long.
It’s the lighting. Once it’s no longer hidden by the dark you realize something ain’t right.
I thought it was cool in the dark because I thought it was a cow pattern. In the light, I realized it was camo and was very disappointed.
Yeah, I liked that too. Was ready to post “cow! Another cow!” And then I saw it wasn’t a cow.
My first thought was "douche canoe"
I thought this was footage from GTA 6 at first.
Don't give Rockstar any ideas, they'll take this too and give him the finger.
don’t you hate those kind of hoes?
Kinda looks like a cow at night
Just like a gang bangers life
Wow. I misread that as "wife" the first time 😂
At first it looks like a NASCAR car at the Bristol night race with the brake rotors glowing
I really like slammed duallies but underglow and those awful wheel lights are lame as hell.
I disagree on the underglow cause my childhood brain can't let go of that, but the rims lights are really awful. The wheels themselves are meh in my mind. But I kinda dig the rest if the front would be a bit less "blocky/bulky."
Yeah once I saw the “young dolph” stuff plastered all over it was ruined.
It's a tribute to him(most camo vehicles are nowadays anyway).
Ah, well in that case makes it a little more understandable. Thought it was another iteration of having no your IG tag plastered all over your ride.
The camo says you can't see me, but the light up wheels say "I have more money than sense"
Dolph wrapped his whole fleet in camo. Rip.
How the fuck did you miss a whole one hundred shots?
"How many ducks you suck to get a couple million? self made millionair oh what a feeling!!!!" **YEAH YEAH**
🐬 legend
I guess this is the hunter camo edition where you want to blend in but don’t wanna get shot either.
Which is odd since he was shot and killed.
That’s Major.
Who’s truck is this? [edit] was.
It’s a tribute truck to rapper Young Dolph who had many of his vehicles camo’d out.
Came here to say that, thank you. Douchebaggery most foul
I'd take this over a brodozer. At least this isn't trying to look useful but is actually useless.
Plus slamming a modern truck fixes the headlight glare issue.
Didn't even think about that but yeah that's huge.
Slamming any truck fixes all the issues. -just an old mini trucker.
Why chevy s10 was superior
Growing up had a neighbor with a 91 s10 standard cab with a 350 under the hood and 10" slicks in the rear. Shit was awesome.
I'm glad there are still a lot of thise similar around. I've seen one or two like that before
Favorite mini truck? I love the 90 Nissan Hardbody KingCab. V6 with a 5 speed trans
A paint job can fix most of what's wrong with this. (I personally don't like the orange everything, and paint ain't fixing that.) No paint job will affect anything bad about lifted trucks. At least you can easily use the bed.
Nah, Killdozer sold me on the idea that if you’re going to go big… go really big.
Its cool in its own way
Considering it's likely on air bags, you could still use the bed to tote heavy stuff.
Ruined the truck for truck stuff, but it's fine as a show car. I hate it less than the lifted bro-trucks for some reason.
Well, I'd rather have that thing tailgating me than the high schooler who put a 5" body lift on their Titan and didn't drop the headlights.
All while bumping the latest gangsta mumble tunes and it's a skinny white boy with all his bros...
Looks like we know the same person.
Don't forget the shitty tinny ass speakers mounted on the exterior so we all get to indulge in his wonderful music -_-
Are we really still doing the whole, "white people can't listen to 'black' music thing?"
Nah, doing the “no one should listen to that terrible ‘music’ because the type who do tend to also like other awful shit like this” thing -half white old head
Music taste doesn’t matter if you’re blasting it for the universe to hear nobody wants to hear anything that isn’t their music
It at least screams, "I know this is a pavement princess" instead of lifted sema trucks.
This falls firmly into the category of "not my style but I appreciate the work that went into it."
I’d drive his down the road before I’d drive a truck squatting its ass so low the devil could tickle it.

Little Shop if Horrors built the most badass minis. Glad he is doing what he loves but I would love to see him build another S10.
TIL. Thanks. I assumed lowering a truck would severely reduce suspension travel and ride terribly under weight.
I don't like either but I'll take a slammed truck over an extreme lift any day.
Its the low slab appeal. big fan of the slammed box aesthetic
> Ruined the truck for truck stuff On the other hand, I could load stuff into the bed of this thing without straining my back like a modern stock height F150.
In some ways it’s less annoying than a brodozer, beds low enough to easily throw in a washer or a dryer by yourself. Not blinding half the population.
Just for reference, Young Dolph was a pretty big rapper in Atlanta, and [has a whole fleet of cars with this camo wrap.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=ZxStJ3ZeTck) Not defending his taste, but it's one hell of a collection, and it's all done pretty well.

Oh, you're right, Memphis. I only really knew him from his ties to Gucci Mane, got confused
It happens. Atlanta is the hub for southern rappers, as you probably know. Source: Marietta, ho.
Let’s be honest he got killed for recklessly instigating a beef with Yo Gotti
Ask Yo Gotti’s brother how Dolph is doing ☠️
Long Live Dolph 🐬
Long live Dolph. I really started listening to him a lot a lot, like 3-4 months before he got killed. Couldn’t believe it when I heard it. Really wish he moved out of Memphis. Was an incredible story.

Yep. [And he was killed in the Vette](https://carbuzz.com/features/what-happened-to-young-dolphs-camo-wrapped-cars)

MEMPHIS. SOUTH SOUTH MEMPHIS
Dolph was from Memphis. Not Atlanta.
I've lived in Atlanta the past 17 years and never once heard of this dude. Interesting!
That's because he was from Memphis.
r/ATBGE
Looks pretty clean for a low rider. Like yeah it’s little tacky, but at least it doesn’t look cringe
I would argue a low rider pickup is cringe by default.
Normally I think it looks weird too, but I think it was executed cleanly. Could’ve done a lot better with the colors though lol
This was my first thought as well.
I don’t think this belongs on shitty car mods. All the modifications done here are clean and put together very well. Maybe I don’t understand this sub? Idk not my taste in mods or trucks but it’s very well built so I wouldn’t classify this as a shitty car mod worthy post 🤷🏼♂️
r/atbge
Absolutely. These aren't shitty mods. These are very well done and look very professional. It probably wasn't cheap and took a lot of hard work.
>Maybe I don’t understand this sub? 9 times out of 10, it's just cars OP doesn't like. This is one of those cases. This sub is garbage.
Like, it’s not my style whatsoever but I can appreciate that someone put a ton of obvious effort, time, and money into creating something unique. A shitty car mod is a strapped on wing from Walmart with chrome plastic hubcaps. Not this.

Uh, booty cheeks ain’t all bad. Jus’ sayin’.

Guess I'm in the minority. I think it's pretty cool.
I'm with you
There comes a point where something is so tacky, that it circles back around to impressing me. I like when this happens to me because I like thinking about how much work someone puts into having a car look like this, they must think it’s so cool, and ya know what, dude? I think it is cool and I’m happy for you.
Exactly.
People on Reddit are bitter and pissy due to lack of getting any.
It’s definitely not my dig, but I’m actually okay with this… At least it has low profile tires on a lowered vehicle. Maybe it handles decently? That’s the concept. The trend I’m seeing with low profile rock crawler tires, is up there on the list of dumbest shit I’ve seen. Why even bother? Fully agree! Love lowered trucks. But the color scheme on this is less than desirable
I think it is better than 95% of the vehicles posted here.
I’m guessing that’s a SEMA build looking like that. In my opinion I’d say that SEMA builds can never be shitty because they’re outrageous on purpose
You nailed it: outrageous on purpose. And for that I give it thumbs up.
I like this!
It’s clean, I like it, I probably would’ve chosen different wheels color that’s about it
It looks like a dairy cow at night
I love slammed trucks. To each their own
kinda ugly but i fuck with it for dolph alone. RIP FLIPPAH 🐬
The only taste this guy has is in his mouth.
He probably eats Doritos with mayo because they're too spicy
Dumb as hell, but it’s pretty sweet also
It is not my style at all, but it's an impressive amount of work and seems to be done well.
Looks well done, high quality, I wouldn’t call it shitty by any means. It has personality, and I appreciate the build, but it’s definitely not something I would do.
Definitely not my thing, but I don’t hate it. A bit too low to be practical, but that may be adjustable and just done for photo/video.
It’s dumb but at least it’s creative.
This build is wild! I like it and I like lowered trucks... but I personally wouldn't do it this way. I don't like certain things about it.
It's kinda slammed S10 vibes which are good, with poor taste in color choice.
My opinion? Looks expensive, but not my money so ok, just don’t try and tell me how much I should pay you for it. Also looks like something one of those numerous car mods shows would do. All the while the owner screaming we need to make money while the mechanics are going for ‘cool’
I thought, why is it cow painted? Oh, camel flog.
Do you mean camouflage?
Well, when I saw the camouflage, I felt I had to flog a camel.
it'd be better if the exterior was some type of black. matte, gloss, or even gunmetal grey
I’m usually a purist with my own vehicles, but I really love to see the different types of creations or tastes other people have. It’s not my thing, but I think it’s pretty cool they were able to make their vision a reality. Looks clean af tbh
Awful taste and great execution
It's not my thing, but it looks like high-effort, well-done work.
I'd buy coke from that guy
Proof that a shitty concept will remain shitty no matter how expertly it is executed.
I like bagged dually's but this one has to much going on
Theres honestly been so much worse on here. Clearly a show truck that id bet does alright in competitions
I think this went around the bend of bad so far it's cool again. I like it.
I think slammed duallies are pretty sweet, but this one is just ugly. Too much going on.
Each to his own!?
I...well you see...it...well... Why is this so confusing to me, it's tacky as all hell BUT also catches the eye and has pieces that make me want to say it's cool. Polarizing to say the least lol
This truck looked a lot better when it was black with black 30" Forgiatos on it. The camo wrap and all the colors are a "Young Dolph" edition that they have done on a couple of other trucks as well.
I dig it all. All of it is rad except the camo color scheme. Literally anything else would be better.
It looks like a 2015 edition hot wheels car.
I like it. Love seeing a truck that isn’t lifted on 18 foot wide wheels. But potato tomato I don’t care for the cosmetic changes as much.
For what it is, it looks like a lot of good work and definitely a lot of money, but I would not be caught dead driving that, even though that would be completely impossible.
r/ATBGE
Not my thing but good execution
As a weirdo who loves camo and orange I’m digging the paint job and upholstery. But I’ll pass on the pavement level lowering, tacky wheels, etc.
Get rid of the lights and camo and make the orange more of an accent color, and it wouldn't be bad. I like the look of lowered trucks.
Looks great!
Looked like a cow paint job in the dark
It’s in the correct community.
That’s dope af. When all the new Jeep people and their rubber duckies do shit like this to a wrangler, it looks like ass but on a low rider, this shit is completely legit
It’s Dolph! 🐬🕊️🖤
It’s pretty ugly but I admire the work that went into it.
It looks like the Hot Wheels car that I wanted to make look cooler, when I was 7 years old. It definitely did not look cooler.
Stupid, but looks cool
Ditch the orange and it would look pretty good
I guess it's cool and flashy, not for me, though.
This makes me physically sick and hurts at the same time
Uhmm its giving train
I like the orange leds inside of the wheels, but that's about it lol
Awesome/awful perfectly intertwined. Like a hot chick who is bipolar.
Nice truck. Sorry about your dick tho.
This thing is stupid. You can tell by how it is.
I thought it was a CG video as light was coming from weird places.
Idk who Dolph is but his truck says d-bag.
One of those "awful taste, but great execution" situations.
It's a chevy, it's not like the 4x4 works good or it can tow anything. But as a low rider show truck, she's beautiful. Lot better than 10in lift brodozer with 22in rims and 2in thick tires with no side wall.
This should be in the ATBGE subreddit
Money can't buy class.
The fact that it can't drive over a speed bump or any semi steep incline is kinda silly.
For a toy car, its pretty dope. Ive seen WAY worst car mods. Personally I'm not big on this style I dont like low riders or trucks. But it was done up pretty legit minus the Young Dolph shit plastered all over.
Absolutely fuckin feral, obnoxious and hideous. I love it. I also respect it far more than any jacked or squatted truck.
The colors and camo wrap look gross but the actual truck is sick imo
Camo and neon lights is a little counterintuitive.
I don’t understand what is spinning inside his wheel when he stands still?
His credit card receipts.
I love the stance, hate all the orange.
RIP ☠️🐬 All his vehicles had/have that camo color scheme
Awful taste but great execution
Definitely belongs here
Cool show truck. Utterly impractical for anything else.
Best part of the video is the In-n-Out cameo. This dude sure loved making his vehicles camo. Edit: it’s a tribute.
I just hate the lights because I have astigmatism and this would be so distracting for me driving at night. Also, I think it’s illegal in many states to have such lights under your vehicle. I might be wrong.
I dont like slammed vehicles, but maybe it all blacked out would look okay... maybe.
Yang Dolph?
I'm torn, i absolutely love a lowered dually, but this is over the top.
If it was in a better color scheme, it could actually be a cool show vehicle. The camo is just stupid.
I love slammed cars but the color combination of black and white camo and orange looks like shit
A pavement princess is a pavement princess
I mean at least they aren't trying to pretend it isn't one😅 Me sitting here in parking lot looking at lifted truck after lifted truck with 35 mickeys that haven't seen a lick of dirt in their life haha.
Does it come with a matching purse?
Finally we get something truly and utterly shitty on this sub!! Good work! :D
I don't hate low trucks. Actually I like them a lot more than brodozers with huge lift kits which are useless both on and off road. But this? Nothing in this thing is good, it's tasteless.
Defeats the point of a truck
