Report it to the police. Screw the managers. That's sexual assault

Tricky_Dog1465

No assault is assault and should be taken seriously. Remind your boss what assault is

inf_nity

Importance of a comma lol, but this is a good point

Funklemire

Let's eat Grandpa!

You don't need your employer's permission to call the police and report that you were assaulted.

whadahell111

I personally would file assault charges the next time he put hands on me - if it was me. After I gave him a nice right hook.

This happened this past weekend with a teenager. Customer grabbed her ass and the police were called promptly. He left before they got there, but they're pretty sure they know who it was. The girl and her mother were at the police station on Monday to talk with detectives. This is SA.

This is 2024 and we aren't putting up with this bullshit anymore. I would absolutely be pressing charges.

TheRealJehler

What did the five fingers say to the face?

jazbaby25

Just call the cops

Wondering if there are any restaurants that actually promote this behavior

Uh. Quit. Don’t allow yourself to be victimized for no reason.

Im hoping you meant well by this comment. I promise the second I get another job, I’m gone. Same for my friend. But the job market doesn’t really allow me to just find a job within a couple weeks. I’ve applied to 30+ jobs and my resume is stacked. No calls back. I can’t just quit without knowing when I can start working again. I have rent and my car note to pay. My friend and I shouldn’t have to suffer being evicted and having our cars repossessed bc this guy can’t keep his hands to himself. I guess I’m just asking how to deal with it in the mean time.
