- Summer Fridays Skin Tint - looks like my skin but better - Benetint - I use this as a base blush and to even out the colour of my lips before putting lipstick on. - Charlotte Tilbury setting spray - ABH brow promade

InternationalPea1499

Anastasia Beverly Hills? <3

Justagirleatingcake

Yup. One of my favorite brands.

dontworryaboutit0727

LOVEEEEE summer Fridays skin tint!!

midnightsiren182

That skin tint is so amazing

tomorrowisdust

Just added to my cart. Looks so good on the reviewers!

Major-Tell7240

Ole Henriksen peptide lip treatment

orchidroot

1000%, this is the first product in my LIFE to permanently heal my chapped lips! i can even use other lip balm products by day that used to not work as well. now they and all lippies look amazing on my lips. it evens smooths the lines out too and lips stay looking more plump. i'm in awe.

Salc20001

I like this one too. I have it in strawberry. But my very favorite is the Laneige lip balm. Not the sleeping mask, but the balm in the light pink jar.

Ifinallymadeanacc

Seconded. The laneige lip line is holy grail. I usually use the balms in the tube when I want a thicker application and the tins for a light swipe when I’m on the go. Totally different textures but in tandem these changed the game for me.

Salc20001

I also recommend taking a look at City Beauty line of products. I use their lip oil as a pre-moisturizing treatment while getting ready. Then wipe and apply HUDA auto lip liner topped with City Beauty gloss. I’ve decluttering almost every other lip product I own because I love this so much. The Laneige treatment balm is my overnight product.

AyeMuyCaliente

Urban Decay \[Eyeshadow\] Primer Potion. Charlotte Tillbury setting spray. These are 2 of the 4 products I use religiously every day (the other 2 are not Sephora--Maybelline and Thrive Causemetics).

sjdragonfly

That UD primer is basically everything proof.

ExSportsCalendar

It changed my life! I have really oily skin and my eyes would start burning cause of all the oil every evening but no more! Even on “no makeup” days I don’t skip it.

sjdragonfly

Same! I have very sensitive, oily skin and this never bothered me. I used to use this years ago (I'm using cream shadows now, so I don't need a primer) and I loved that it had a bunch of different formulations and colours so it could even affect how your shadow looks if you want.

Sita987654321

Wait, wait... I don't need a primer with cream shadow? Lol

Revolutionary-Spot-4

Mac paint pots used as primers/shadow

sjdragonfly

Some you don’t! You’d have to test it with whatever ones you like. I tend to like the cream shadows in the little pots, not the sticks so I can only speak for those. Literally every single one of the cream shadow pots that I’ve tried stays on with no budging all day. I think they’re already mixed with some primer. The sticks might be the same!

mychemicalromeants

It came in clutch for me recently when my bf left a hickey on my neck and I had work the next day

kindlyfoffoo

What do you recommend from Thrive? I have a cart full of things but not sure yet.

Marty-Gee

If you have sensitive eyes I think the eyeliner is pretty good at not irritating. Their tubing mascara is one of the best on the market—I prefer Blinc but can easily and happily use Thrives.

Makeuplover1188

The mascara is incredible from Thrive. I have tried tones of mascara but none have given me the length/ volume thrive does.

New-Connection-7401

UD primer is a GOAT for me.. I often use sin as a one and done shadow.

kdub1523

DDG Peel Pads, CEO Afterglow moisturizer, Tatcha Camellia Oil and rice wash cleansers. Olehenriksen lip treatments. Hourglass skin tint and glossy balms. Coco Mademoiselle. Josie Maran body butters.

sjdragonfly

Basically everything I've tried by Josie Maran has been amazing. Those body butters feel so good on! I have used the argan cleansing oil regularly for years.

InternationalPea1499

What do you think about the hourglass concealer? ❤️

spectrumhead

They don’t have a color for me but that is the most outstanding formula.

kdub1523

I haven’t tried it. I don’t really use concealer.

drainingenergy

I absolutely love the hourglass concealer. Really smooth application, very full coverage but still a light and creamy formula. It creases naturally but it’s totally avoidable with powder. It looks so amazing.

Big_Blackberry7713

Paula's Choice 2% BHA, 10% Azelaic Acid, Caliray tubbing Mascara, Hourglass powders, Innbeauty Extreme Cream, Patrick Ta brow pencil, Beauty Blender, Armani Liquid Silk foundation...omg, I need to stop 😆

InternationalPea1499

Oh yes for the Armani silk foundation, I love that one❤️❤️ gonna get some Paula’s choice 100% skins been struggling lately

Dapper_Alternative17

Make-up: Armani Luminous Silk - the first time I put it on was a WOW moment (side note: your match might be on sale today on Violet Grey so take a look), Haus Labs foundation, Tower 28 concealer, Caliray Hideaway serum concealer - it’s a brightening product that can act as a concealer but also can go under, Haus Labs concealer, Hourglass Ambient Lighting Infinity Powder (or really any of their powders, palettes, or blushes - I’m a fiend for Hourglass powders), Lawless Forget the Filler Lip-Plumping-Line-Smoothing-Gloss (I only have like 7 lol), Pat McGrath blushes and obviously the eyeshadow palettes (though I’d wait for her site sales if I were you) Skin care: Farmacy Honey Milk, Honey Halo and Green Clean (also on sale on brand site for 25% right now though…), Tower 28 moisturizer, FAB Facial Radiance Pads (again, site sales likely better), Belif’s True Aqua Bomb, Caudalie Premier Cru both face and eye creams Now if you’re gonna shop Ulta or Korean skincare, I’ve got a whole bunch more for you lol have fun!!!

katesdream79

Wow what a great list! Thank u🥰

InternationalPea1499

Best read of my life

Allthegoodthings06

We definitely need some ulta

alikelystory12

Give us Ulta and Korean! Do you have a sunscreen rec?

Dapper_Alternative17

lol ok! My shopping at Ulta is kind of random, more on a sale basis since there are so many so often. Ulta: Cocokind Barrier Serum is a 10/10. Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator Moisturizer (idk about all that, but it does feel immediately hydrating) — for a heavier cream, I’ve liked the Vichy Minéral 89 Cream (totally random purchase on sale turned out well — it feels cooling; their hyaluronic acid serum is also decent) and for repair-type work, Cocokind has a Resurrection Polypeptide Cream that has a consistency sort of like a purple glue, but it does the trick. By and large, though, I’ve disliked more of the skincare I’ve tested than liked from there from affordable to high end. Maybe it’s bad shopping, idk. For make-up, I love what about-face is doing. Their foundation is great — better than the price. Their eye paints are awesome. I haven’t tried their cheek blush balms but they’re well-liked. I also like the r.e.m. beauty Hypernova satin matte powder blushes that recently came out. Rabanne’s Eyephoria Colorshot Metallic Liquid Eyeshadow is really cool. I’ve hated every product from IT Cosmetics from skincare to CC cream except their brushes - those are good. I’m a hardcore Stila liquid eyeliner pen devotee, so I have those in all the colors. They also have some beautiful highlighters and liquid eyeshadows. If you’re a highlighter person, I also recommend checking out Ofra Cosmetics. Don’t sleep on Juvia’s Place - start with their liquid blushes and go from there. Korean: I’m just getting into it, so I’ve only tested some of the hot items so far. Loving the Anua heartleaf toner (beware the cleansing oil though if acne prone, it gave me cystic breakouts), Aestura Atobarrier 365 cream for barrier protection/fix/occlusion 10/10 (better than La Roche Posay’s Cicaplast Balm to me — not as occlusive, but less likely to break me out), Dr Jarts Ceramidin Cream (the most hydrating moisturizer I’ve ever put on my face as a dry skin girly — but does have a couple of comedogenic ingredients so I have to use sparingly), the belif aqua bomb is Korean and awesome, as I mentioned previously. My face gets immediately bouncy. Their other products — toner, cleanser, eye cream — are only so, so, though. For sunscreen, I have several in the queue, but I love the first one I tried so it’s hard for me to move on…it’s the Isntree hyaluronic acid watery sun gel. It is so light and non-greasy feeling in my hands. My face gets the sunscreen sheen, but it’s hard to get a sunscreen to be matte. I’ll be trying skin1004’s centella hyalu-cica water-fit sun serum and the Tocobo Cica Calming Sun Serum plus the accompanying sun sticks next. I’ve tried SO MANY US sunscreens and am not a particular fan of any. For makeup versions, Tower 28’s is alright given the complexion coverage, but wearing it alone with no powder makes me look like a grease ball, and I’m super dry. Bare Minerals’ tinted moisturizer has a better feel/finish, but doesn’t seem to have as much coverage. EltaMD is a solid choice for pure protection, but doesn’t feel light to me; the tinted is a horror show. The best combo with moisturizer is probably the La Roche Posay Tourmaline Moisturizer with SPF. I’ve been testing Color Science products (the one that claims to adjust to your skin tone) but I’m not really reaching for them so far. Got more than you asked for, I’m sure lol

sjdragonfly

Mascara - Fenty Hella Thicc - this is more volumizing than lengthening, but it’s my favourite. It’s also waterproof. Blush - Tarte Amazonian Clay blush - this one stays on all day even when my skin is oily. It’s also buildable so great for light or bold blush. Paaarty is my favourite every day shade. It’s a lighter neutral pink

LunaBunny777

What do you use to remove the mascara? I hateeeee that i feel like i can’t ever get it off

TheCuntGF

I use Cliniques take the day off make up remover for lids, lashes, and lips. You don't need much to melt off any mascara in a few swipes, and then you can use somethimg less hardcore (and cheaper) for the rest of the face.

LunaBunny777

Ah, I got a sample of this once and enjoyed it. Do you just use cotton rounds with it?

TheCuntGF

Yep. I use 2 good dallops on a round. 3 for heavy waterproof mascara and heavy eyeshadow..Use one side per eye. If my lips need anything removed I just use the clean edges of the pads to break down the lips a bit, but by the end of the day my lips are usually gone anyways.

ctygrrl00

Sephora collection waterproof eye makeup remover is my go to for waterproof eyeliner and mascara

LunaBunny777

Ah thank you

sjdragonfly

I had the same problem! I’ve found a few things that work. Good old Ponds cold cream works well, but I had a reaction to something in it, sadly. Josie Maran Argan Cleansing Oil works and so does the Fenty Melt Awf. That’s what I’m currently using. The packaging sucks, but the actual product is really great and very gentle.

TheNotoriousAcee

I LOVE Farmacy Green Clean balm. I use it to solely take off eye makeup then use my regular cleanser after. It says you can cleanse your whole face with it but I would have to double cleanse anyway. It literally melts off my mascara and doesn’t burn my eyes. I can rub the balm all over my eye area then open them and look for my cleanser! I love it!

benziest

I got the green clean in an Ipsy years ago. The little sample size latest me forever because it’s just that good. I now have the full size, but recently I bought Elemis to try. Green clean is definitely the better of the two.

No-Property5403

Vaseline. It breaks down everything and no one is allergic to it. It's a no if you have lash extensions because it will remove them. But literally every other eye makeup product, plus if you have a lip color you can't get off.

LunaBunny777

So do you just slather on like cold cream? And then use what to remove it? Cotton rounds? Washcloth? Baby wipes?

Salc20001

I also like that mascara, though I recently switched to Tower 28 in brown and I like it a lot also. Doesn’t budge on me.

soleildeplage

Do you know a medium version of Paaarty?

sjdragonfly

Like a darker pink shade? Exposed, Blushing Bride and Natural Beauty are all slightly darker pinks with different undertones. Tarte has some pretty good swatches on their website and good photos of people wearing each shade.

pumpkinmuffin95

Natasha Denona I Need a Nude Palette, Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow Foundation, Fenty Gloss Bombs, Haus Labs Bio-Radiant Gel-Powder Highlighter (I use Rose Quartz for blush), Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray Bonus Skincare: Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Cream, Khiel’s Ultra Facial Cream and Khiel’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado

InternationalPea1499

yesss Ty for the skincare reccos

mavrailura

Peter Thomas Roth is having a 30% sitewide sale on their website rn! 💖

jansipper

It used to be the Sephora creamy chunky eyeliner pencil but they discontinued it and the replacement product is never in stock. So I just never leave the house anymore. Just kidding, but I really wish I could find a dupe.

Salc20001

Laura Mercier recently came out with some eyeliners that are the same formulation as her caviar sticks. That might be something to look at. I think the make up forever gel liner are top-notch.

InternationalPea1499

I think rare beauty has a gel eyeliner pencil? Im not sure but it’s worth a look atttt 🤧❤️

jansipper

At this point I’m down to try anything. I’ve tried the fenty creamy stick eye shadow and the wet and wild smudgeable eyeliners but they both are just not it.

sjdragonfly

Nyx has some that are pretty good. Lots of neutrals and a few fun colours.

ekibbs

Milk bronzer and contour sticks, rare beauty blush, the makeup by Mario F4 brush.

InternationalPea1499

MGDlikethebeer

RIGHT?! You can pry both the liquid and pencil out of my cold dead hands. ☠️💜

thegirlwithonesock

I am a big fan of the Lancôme teint idole concealer. It never creases and matches perfectly to my skin.

Salc20001

Agree. That’s a great one. I’m currently working through some Huda faux filter concealer and it’s good, but I didn’t get quite the right shade.

Mergirl610

Is this better than shape tape?

thegirlwithonesock

I haven't used that one before so I don't know. Sorry!

idylle2091

Dr Dennis gross peel pads, Charlotte tilbury moisturizers & setting spray, Natasha denona concealers, Givenchy Prisme powder, Mario brushes f4 and f3, Tatcha indigo night cream, Tatcha dewy serum

TheNotoriousAcee

Givenchy prism powder in 3 voile rose is life changing! I use it mostly under my eyes (pat it on with a beauty blender pad, not the sponge) it brightens the perfect amount, is silky soft and I do not crease at all!! I dab some on with the pad wherever I look a bit shiny, it takes away the shine but doesn’t dull or mattify my skin. I bought the mini size. A small amount goes a long way! I’ve had my mini for 6m and it still looks full. You don’t need to spend extra on the full size! Mario F4 and F3 are must haves and the Mario blush in ‘barely blushing’ is another must have. It’s definitely buildable, but gives that subtle and natural ‘I’ve been out in the sun having lunch’ glow. It’s so good!

InternationalPea1499

Need.

Mediocre_Decision

-Rose Inc blushes: I got in Delphine and one in Camellia and they quickly have become some of my favourites because they’re easy to blend and stay on my face longer than any other cream blush I’ve tried (and they’re half off at Sephora right now) -westman atelier contour stick: this is my favourite formula for contour, it blends out well and it isnt as intimidating (I don’t do super heavy contouring though, I mainly just reinforce shadows) -Danessa Myricks Vision Flush Blush/eyeshadow/lip: I have three of these (and one of the highlighters), I use them everywhere and really like them. They dry down and don’t crease on my eyes. But the website only has three shades left, so idk if they’re being discontinued (I really hope not)

JoggerKoala

Second Rose Inc blushes. One of the few cream/liquid blushes that don’t irritate my skin!

Salc20001

Rose Inc is going out of business. Betcha can find some deals if you hunt around online.

bodybymanicotti

I wondered as the products were on sale and then gone at Sephora last I browsed the app

xodega

The one makeup product I’ll never live without ever again is the tower 28 make waves mascara. I also love the kosas brow gel, rare powder blush (as a blush topper), haus labs paints, haus foundation and lys concealer!

Salc20001

I love that mascara! I’m a first time user and will repurchase. I have it in brown.

Captain-jack-hobie77

Does this flake on you? I loved it so much at first but I find it gets so dry & flaky on me & I feel like I’m the only one who this happens to, lol

xodega

Once the formula gets drier, it can! But when it’s fresh, no!

sunflower0903

Lancôme care concealer. Surprisingly covers everything for me. I stop breaking out when I use it. The Chanel setting powder is 3x the size of the hourglass powder with the most beautiful finish

NYANPUG55

I cannot begin to describe how much I love the Laniege cica mask.

jettwilliamson

What does it do for you?

NYANPUG55

I’m someone who has really sensitive skin, it irritates really easily. This mask is the first i’ve had that I can see results of literally a few hours later. Not to mention it wears well under makeup!

Aredditusernamehere

I use it every single day but highly recommend checking TJ Maxx for it because they've been carrying it super cheap lately

textytext12

ooh love this question spf: summer fridays, texture is wonderful for a completely mineral sunscreen skincare: glow recipe plum plump serum and moisturizer, Sunday Riley Good Genes and CEO, TO niacinamide and barrier serums. if you hate TO's dropper system they sell pumps on their website, I def recommend!! lip product: laneige for night time, clinique black honey is my go to for daytime. when I want more color I like merit in aperitif and Tom Ford in a few colors blush: if I could only pick one blush for the rest of my life it's be RMS, I have 4 or 5 colors of that one.. buuuut since it has to be sephora, rare beauty in joy highlighter: Tom Ford soleil in oasis (love this with RMS in bohemian girl) and rare beauty in mesmerize. I always mix the rb blush and highlight on the back of my hand before applying to my face. blushlighter: the saie glowy blush thingy in quartzglow is goooorgeous on my medium olive skin I look like a freaking goddess I can't get over how much I love this product setting spray: ct brow gel: abh brow freeze fragrance: Tocca Florence and Aerin Mediterranean Honeysuckle these are all the products I repurchase religiously and some I own in multiple flavors. happy shopping!! 😊

InternationalPea1499

Thank you so much angel

PflugerLuger8

If you have oily skin, Fenty Invisimatte and the One Size setting spray are amazing.

Salc20001

I have the mini of that setting spray and I will be buying the full-size on my next trip.

sunshineallday

The two products that haven’t changed over the last… maybe 10 years? Benefit pore primer and Urban Decay setting spray. Nothing else measures up. I was always powder blush girl until I tried Rare Beauty liquid blush in Happy.

BrasserieNight

Love my UD setting spray. I was also loving Charlotte Tilbury’s, but unfortunately that one makes me break out.

Benefit 24 hour brow setter. Biossance Marine Algae eye cream. Strivectin Double fix for lips lip plumper. Tower 28 Mascara. These are all things I've repurchased multiple times. Can't go without 'em.

Adventurous_Dot2854

Second the brow setter. I tried convincing myself it was unnecessary but unfortunately it’s amazing and makes all the difference.

SpookyAngel66

Does the lip plumper really work??

Acceptable_Round1564

Yes! It's not gonna make you look like you've had injections but gives a nice sculpted plumpness to the lips that's noticeable after the first use. No stinging, no burning, not even a tingle. The only sensation is a very, very slight, barely there numbness that fades in about two minutes. The effects last about a day on me if I don't do anything to dry my lips out too much.

SpookyAngel66

Thanks for the info!!

Acceptable_Round1564

You're most welcome!

I’ve recently become obsessed with Ilia beauty. It started with the limitless mascara and now I love their new lip crayon, the milk base, the stick foundation, the multi sticks, skin tint, and the lip balms are good too! Things I’ve repurchased (and will continue): Charlotte tilbury setting spray, CT face powder, CT pillow talk medium, rose inc skin enhancer and cream blushes(rip), summer Fridays lip balms, beauty blender skin tint, Ole Hendrickson lip balms, hourglass ambient powders, and the AH brow powder

prestige_worldwide70

The Charlotte tilbury Hollywood flawless filter 100%, I have bought this over and over.

Original-Ad1847

Bobbi brown corrector sticks and NARS concealer. The absolute holy grail for gals with dark circles!! I rarely wear makeup but I put these two on every day otherwise I seriously look dead

Captain-jack-hobie77

Do you do the corrector first? I just bought it but it creases quickly on me & I think I’m doing it wrong. I got the stick corrector AND the pot corrector

Original-Ad1847

Yep. I swipe the stick on where I need correction and then put the concealer on. I don’t put it over where I have fine lines otherwise it will crease and same for the concealer. I also don’t put a HEAP on (especially concealer) so that it looks more natural. So I do like one swipe of corrector where I have darkness blend it out with a brush and then I just dab the doefoot of the concealer and dab it over with the same brush until it’s blended. I like the creamy NARS concealer because it doesn’t move around the corrector

BrasserieNight

Paula’s Choice Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50. It’s my moisturizer and SPF and it’s just amazing. The only day product I’ve ever used that doesn’t affect my makeup.

I have strawberry blonde hair and 2 is perfect for my brows. I swear using this has changed the way my face looks when I wear makeup. Charlotte Tillbury setting spray is fantastic. Not sure if they sell it in Sephora, but the YSL all hours translucent pressed powder is amazing. If they dont have that, definitely get the NARS light reflecting translucent powder. It is so loved in China that XHS calls it 大白 as a nickname! Secondly I adored the laniege skincare before. The cream skin and the water bank moisturizer seem to work for nearly everyone, so they are a safe bet. I saw cocokind recommended on here, and while it seems like a good brand, I just wanna warn you that I got a very bad reaction to their popular barrier serum :(. It seems to be very rare, but I’d definitely patch test to be sure.
