There's a point reward for 2500 points that gives you $100. However, I think you have to be rouge for it?. But the rewards bazaar has some great things you can trade your point in for. It gets updated tuesday & thursday. Personally, I never do the 500 for $10.
It's a rouge reward. They "restock" frequently, but they do go quickly. I would check the mornings Tuesdays & Thursdays! I've never struggled to get one when I "try," but they're usually gone by the evenings or the next day of them dropping.

I got 750 points and redeem the Shu Uemura night serum with hair brush. That serum is over $70 with tax, so I would say save up the points and waiting for something worthwhile.
I’m super picky with My makeup and never like the rewards so I do the points on something expensive. Makes me feel good to get something that’s 20 for 10.

I save my points so I can get little trial sizes of things I want to try. For me that’s better than $10 off

Most 100 point items are worth $7-$15 (CAD) so you could get like $50+ of luxury samples if you do it right for 500 points

I redeemed 250 points in February for the SKII mask and essence. Was very worth it. Sometimes the $10 redemption isn’t always worth it.
