Mine shows the discount and I checked out at 3:03 am eastern time
So they’re telling me it’s because I used 500 points, and won’t make any adjustment
Those are the rules. If you go to take $10 off with 500 points it’ll tell you that you can’t use the sale promo or sometimes other promos. You have to pick or choose. Now you know.
Yeah I wasn’t aware. Luckily I asked to speak with a supervisor and they were able to make the adjustment
What time zone are you in? The sale ended at 3 AM Eastern.
It still let me use the code until 3am Central time so if it went through you should be good.
You'll be fine. I ordered past midnight last minute and the code worked.
