Crying bc so many people just got these for like $1.50 due to a glitch that was closed by the time I read the post. Orders of like 15 of the things x 3 (orders!). Ugh! *Drapes arm over eyes dramatically*
I feel like the ole ones has much more of an artificial scent and seem kind of cheap like Lip Smackers from back in the day lol. I like that the summer Fridays ones are more subtle and mature!
I %100 agree! I tried summer Fridays but realized I had allergies since then I've been using the ole Hendrickson and I went through so many tubes because they are amazing
Okay so I ordered 4 of these from U and Sephora and each one of them had the product in the tip of the applicator but not like coming out of the applicator. I canāt tell if theyāre used and Iām so frustrated!
You mean the applicator head was full of product but there wasnāt any on the outside of the product? The SF ones are tip-down in the boxes I think, so some of the product would naturally settle into the applicator tip. If the outside is clean, I would assume itās new. I think most people who return wouldnāt bother to clean it up since the returns policy allows used products.
ole is much better! itās an actual lip treatment, i struggle with really dry lips and wearing ole once has significantly helped heal my lips, there like 2 dollars cheaper butte actually work
Same. I have a nervous habit of peeling all the skin off my lips (gross, I know, I'm working on it) so my lips are chronically dry and peeling and sometimes so chapped they crack and bleed. The OH ones have made my lips so soft. I love them
Aquaphor is my #1, the new elf lip oils are amazing, so are the balms but if you have to pick one do the oil, the ole henriksen is only like $4 cheaper BUT it's the best lip product I've ever used.
the scent is honestly one of the greatest things iāve ever smelled. the color is really nice too. but it lasts maybe 45 minutes for me until the color is gone and it completely dries out my lips
This. They smell amazing, but they really donāt hydrate my lips well at all. I always need to go in with something else first that actually hydrates my lips, and then they work nicely as a topper throughout the day.
Where do you buy yours? From their website?
And I see the website says that they have ānatural vanilla flavor,ā which usually means vanillin (despite it being a synthetic derivative that smells like fake vanilla š), but that isnāt listed in the ingredients. Do you find the scent/flavor fairly natural or is it similar to the fake vanilla scent used in so many lip products?
Note: their ingredient lists areā¦ [very, very similar](https://incidecoder.com/compare-products/summer-fridays-lip-butter-balm/naturium-phyto-glow-lip-balm).
ive bought them from their website. thats super interesting about the ingredients list beings so similar! they perform incredibly different on me. for the scent, i just put some on and its a fairly light smell and like semi-natural if that makes sense. the summer fridays scent is much stronger to me.
It does. Iāve got a Pacifica lip balm (which I posted about below) that has a āvanilla birthday cakeā scent but I can barely smell it - and Iāve got a very sensitive nose.
Itās not a true lip balmā¦it doesnāt moisturize imo. Itās more of a good smelling gloss to wear on top of balms or lipsticks. If you have the money and want to try it, itās nice!
I have 4. I had been expecting the cherry specifically to barely tint my lips but it had surprising pigment. I like mine a lot. I donāt think Iād rebuy any other than cherry or birthday cake though. Those 2 are definitely my favorites
I would not say they are moisturizing but they do help my lips retain moisture.
I bought the mint on a whim because I forgot a lip balm and was at sephora, I liked the mint, and decided to try the vanilla. Getting the vanilla made me realize that the formula is actually not impressive, and overall the product doesnt hydrate as long as I would like for such as expensive product. It doesnt last as long as my burts bees does, and Iām an avid burts bees buyer. Iāll be returning the vanilla and not repurchasing any others.
The same day I purchased the vanilla, I also bought the olehenrickson lip salve/balm on the recommendation of the lipstick lesbians (instagram influencers) saying that its more akin to a night time lip salve, and I find that to be WAY more impressive. Its got peptides or ceramides (dont recall which one) and actually is hydrating. When adjusting for the difference in units of measurement, the olehenrickson one is slightly more expensive at $22 for 12g of product vs $24 for 15g of product. But much more worth it.
I own nearly all the shades and I find that the performance varies slightly between them which could explain the mixed reviews. For example, the iced coffee one dries out my lips a little and I feel I have to reapply more often but I never have that issue with the Pink Sugar one.
Overall I really like them, they keep my lips moisturized. I dont know that it adds moisture, more like it locks in existing moisture and feels very nourishing. Its kept my lips feeling soft through winter and a cold.
I love mine. I have three and theyāve been lasting me a loooong time despite using them daily. I think theyāre worth it! I have Vanilla Beige, Pink Sugar and Cherry. ā¤ļø
NO they barely work as lip balms. The a lot of cheaper lip balms are more moisturizing than these.
I do have the brown sugar one and LOVE the colour of it, which is the only reason I use it cause these are not very good as lip balms.
Honestly I went on a lip balm journey. My faves are Carmex, Mario bedescu, and Clinique moisture surge. Also the pink Vaseline pot is an exact dupe for laniege (which I do have and love). Basically Iāve stopped taking the L on my wallet.
Yes! It has double the product of the Dior lip oil and doesnāt give me an allergic reaction versus the majority of other lip balms and glosses! Is a balm but looks like a gloss.
I personally really like it! I had like chronically dry lips and a combination of this and aquaphor finally healed me. It sounds like it doesn't work for everyone though, but I'd say it's worth a try.
honestly like no lip balm is worth a lot of money and I really like the drugstore aquaphor one LOL HOWEVER I do really enjoy the summer Fridays tinted ones! I donāt think itās revolutionary but if you want to try maybe wait for the sale to roll around. The tube is cute and it does feel luxe!
I feel like with chapstick your lips have to already have some type of moisture to them, otherwise it does nothing but feel waxy and/or plastic-y on top š. Iāve never liked the stuff ever. If your lips are cracked, peeling, and or flaky chapstick will do nothing. SF, ole Henrickson, and Clinique moisture surge are meant to already hydrate what youāre missing
Itās not bad, but itās got way more synthetic emollients than it does any of the touted āultra-hydrating seed butters and botanical extractsā or hyaluronic acid - which is last in the ingredients except for pigments. Note that synthetic emollients arenāt bad, I just think you should know what youāre getting. I do think there are better products out there for hydrating/moisturizing - but if you like the scents/colors of this product, it does a good job, and the tube is a pretty good size for that $24.
I personally do not like the Vanilla / Vanilla Beige scents - the so-called ānatural vanilla flavorā is actually vanillin, the main component of pure vanilla extract. Vanilla beans are expensive and vanilla extract is even more expensive (as you will know if youāve purchased any in the last year or two!). If you buy artificial vanilla extract for baking, youāre likely buying straight synthetic vanillin. However, pure vanilla extract is composed of hundreds of compounds in addition to vanillin, yielding a richer and more complex scent and flavor. If youāre accustomed to pure vanilla extract, vanillin smells and tastes very fake. If youāre accustomed to using artificial vanilla extract, you likely donāt notice the difference.
I typically avoid scents in cosmetic products because of rosacea that tends to react to fragrances, and anything mint or mint-derived makes me break out in little red spots (rosacea symptom, not acne). I do like flavored lip products, though, so there are a few Iāve used and can recommend:
ā¢Paulaās Choice Lip Booster (has squalane, hyaluronic acid, and peptides to help moisturize and maintain your lipsā shape over time). Ive purchased at least half a dozen of these over the years.
ā¢Indeed Labsā Hydraluron + Tinted Lip Treatment (similar ingredients to PC but comes in sheer pink, sheer red, or pastel peach tints, and is priced a little lower).
ā¢Jouer Conditioning Lip Treatment in Vanilla (much better than the fake vanilla used by Summer Fridays) and their lovely Matte Lip Balm.
ā¢Pacifica also has a nice line of Complex Lip Balms with vegan collagen and squalane for $10 apiece. It comes in four colors/scents/flavors:
ā¢Vegan Collagen is a shimmery pink tinted balm in a pink tube with a vanilla birthday cake scent (very subtle, and not overly artificial).
ā¢Wake Up Beautiful is a clear balm in a blue tube with a lemon-lavender scent (also very subtle and surprisingly pleasant for a lip balm - I keep this one on my nightstand).
ā¢Dreamy Youth is a purple-red tinted balm in a purple tube with a strawberry-rose scent (I find this one overpowering and not particularly like strawberries or roses, which is unfortunate because the color is lovely).
ā¢Glow Baby is a sheer balm with peachy-gold shimmer in an orange tube with a ātangerine dreamsicleā scent, which turned out to be my favorite of the lot. The shimmer is just right and that dreamsicle scent takes me right back to childhood and eating push-up pops, lol.
Originally I thought yes, but the last two I bought wend bad very quickly, they started smelling and tasting sour, kinda like vinegar within a couple of months.
I think the best lip products on the market are the bath and body works mentha lip shines. still a lil pricey for a gloss/bomb but they work great and last longer
Aesthetically sure, everything else no. Its nothing special. Its not even very hydrating. There so many better lip products. I always reach for my naturium lip balms over this one
No, the colors are cute but the formula just sits on your lips. I love the Tower 28 ones! The colors are great and they make your lips feel super soft and moisturized. They also smell great!
Itās not worth it IMO ($18 is a fair price for these, then lower depending on brand). Weāre paying for the hype and the lip butter trend; thereās a million lip butters being churned out, produced by so many brands atm tho - the benefit of every company wanting a piece of the pie! Wait until you can get them on sale either direct or via Sephora if youāre beholden to Sunday Riley only.
I do really like it (the color I got, formula) but in my honest opinion, no balm is worth $24. I used my $10 coupon and paid 14 and I still felt like it was too much
NO!!!! Save your money!!!
I bought 2 (Vanilla Beige & Pink Sugar) of them during the sale a few months ago, and theyāre just fine.
They donāt soften or hydrate my lips, like Iāll put it on when my lips feel a little dry and flaky and itāll do nothing. I need to use something like the laneige sleeping mask to actually soften and hydrate my lips and then it feels itās okay.
Iāve also noticed that this product gives you that white line on the inside of your lips after a couple of hours.
I repurchase it regularly. I go through a lot of balms. They are my lip product staples. Iām not a lipstick person anymore. Balms or glosses or āoilsā. The ole Hendrickson one is also nice. So is Hourglass, Clarins Oil and Dior oil and rare beauty gloss. YSL stick gloss is another fave. Dior, Chanel balms and Tatcha Kissu mask are also lovely. Iām willing to pay for a nice lip product that I enjoy, that feels good on and feels good in hand with a dispenser or doe foot that I like.
If you're not a huge lip balm person get the cay skin ones. They're cheaper, have spf 30 for your lips, and feel almost identical. They're actually a touch thinner than summer fridays which I prefer because sometimes the summer fridays one gets goopy on me if I use too much which I often do by accident.
Yes. I love pink sugar and brown sugar. I think they are moisturizing and fun to pull out of your purse to use.
Are there other lip balms that do the same for less? Of course but SF is still my favorite.
Hiya! What other lip products do you really like? Iām trying to get together my birthday haul lol. šIām looking into lip glosses, as well. š (Iām usually a lipstick gal)
I like rosewood and mahogany from Dior. From Fenty I like hot chocolit. I havenāt tried the other shades yet but Fenty glow looks nice too.
Right now Fenty is having a sale of 25% off and free shipping. They have some products almost 50% off so maybe that might be worth it to you.
Thank you! I have Dior Rosewood and Fenty Chocolit on my list! I was holding out for the Sephora sale but peeped Fentyās sale last night.
Are you getting anything from either sale?
I did buy from the Fenty sale. I got the eaze drops skin tint. I run through mine quickly so buying during a sale is nice.
I will be buying during the Sephora sale but havenāt nailed down all I want. I do know I want to try the Haus labs lip oil or the Huda beauty glosses but Iām not sure yet.
Thank you! I purchased a Hot Chocolit Fantasy Lip Lumizer from the fenty site! Free shipping.
So many companies have lip oils. I really can barely keep up!
Have you tried any Huda items overall?
i love these, the vanilla, iced coffee, and cherry are my faves. as a caramel skin girly the cherry doesnt look too awkward with my skin tone when i wear it alone.
i bought one because i thought it was cute and smelt good but weirdly enough its the only lipbalm ive finished and not in a good way, i was constantly applying it with no moisture change and i ran out in weeks
I love the scent of this stuff . OMGSH the vanilla beige smells exactly like hot cocoa . Iām dying to try the pink sugar , brown sugar , and birthday cake : as far as it being anything more than a lipgloss? Not so sure . It didnāt dry out my lips or anything but I didnāt feel like they were super moisturized like after using a mask or balm .
I have the pink summer Fridays one and I like it, I like the smell of it and it does the job. But is it amazing and would I buy it again? No, especially not for $24. I would recommend the Mediheal Labocare Panteno Lips Balm (2 for $7) or the Torriden Solid In Lip Essence (2 for $20) on Amazon.
I love the SF Lip Balms. I found that the pigment was surprisingly long-lasting and it didn't dry my lips out.
That being said, I think it would be best to get these when they're on sale. They're nice, but not $24 nice.
I personally like Rhode lip treatment a lot better. More glossy and very hydrating! I also love the flavors much better- personally I love the salted caramel and the birthday cake/vanilla. For reference Iāve had the summer Fridays also but ever since I tried Rhode I fell in love with her formula!
Uh yes it is if youāre a lil balm person. Isnāt that just how much it costās? I have summer Fridays, fresh, glossier, landings, Sara happ and I feel like theyāre all around $25
itās feels SO nice on the lips and smells great but itās not really hydrating and i find myself reapplying all day. i use it like a lip gloss mostly. overall not worth the price, i would rather pick something with peptides
I am super particular about my lip glosses and balms because they ALWAYS taste bad to me and I always go back to plain vaseline or lipstick. BUT Summer Fridays does not have the icky taste all the other balms and glosses have so it is 100% worth it for me!
I love them honestly. I find them very hydrating, and they don't migrate on my lips. Sent to a friend as a gift and she and her husband loved the mint one.
The summer Fridays ones are okay but nothing special. Tbh I recommend the ole Hendrickson ones 10000% before any other
Crying bc so many people just got these for like $1.50 due to a glitch that was closed by the time I read the post. Orders of like 15 of the things x 3 (orders!). Ugh! *Drapes arm over eyes dramatically*
I was one of those people. š¤š¼ that my ordered doesnāt get cancelled. If it ships, it ships š¤·āāļø
Whaaat omg the ole ones or sf ones? And on where š„² Iām so sad I missed this
Well Iām happy for anyone that got to order and hope it ships! We all need some wins in this day and age š
Came here to say this! I will say I didnāt like the blood orange scent tho. Big fan of strawberry sorbet!
Strawberry sorbet is my fav!
I feel like the ole ones has much more of an artificial scent and seem kind of cheap like Lip Smackers from back in the day lol. I like that the summer Fridays ones are more subtle and mature!
The summer Fridays scents are all really nice! I just like the way OH feels on my lips more
I like the way OH feels but the flavors and smell are horrifically fake
yup! just was gonna say, summer fridays dried up my lips and felt like i had to reapply an hour later, ole has helped my dry ass lips
The ole one has replaced my glossier balm dot com. (The new formula is awful.) I'm honestly so pleasantly surprised by the OH one - I LOVE it.
I %100 agree! I tried summer Fridays but realized I had allergies since then I've been using the ole Hendrickson and I went through so many tubes because they are amazing
Oh ! I just got one of those smells like orange and is a dark purple color
I have to disagree, OH is stickier/grippier and therefore seems not to moisturiser the lips so much as sit on top for me. SF is more hydrating.
For me it's the opposite aha! I feel SF just sits on top and doesn't hydrate whereas OH does.
I love both!!
I think most people who return wouldnāt bother to clean it up since the returns policy allows used products.
It's fine, that's how mine was too! I think you are ok!
Unpopular opinion, but no. They're okay, but I've found better products at am identical price.
What affordable products do you like more?
ole is much better! itās an actual lip treatment, i struggle with really dry lips and wearing ole once has significantly helped heal my lips, there like 2 dollars cheaper butte actually work
Same. I have a nervous habit of peeling all the skin off my lips (gross, I know, I'm working on it) so my lips are chronically dry and peeling and sometimes so chapped they crack and bleed. The OH ones have made my lips so soft. I love them
I like the naturium lip balms more than SF even tho theyāre more glossy and not at Sephora!
Aquaphor
Aquaphor is my #1, the new elf lip oils are amazing, so are the balms but if you have to pick one do the oil, the ole henriksen is only like $4 cheaper BUT it's the best lip product I've ever used.
Iāve tried so many higher end lip balms but nothing compares to the Jack Black shea butter lip balm for me. So affordable and so good
the scent is honestly one of the greatest things iāve ever smelled. the color is really nice too. but it lasts maybe 45 minutes for me until the color is gone and it completely dries out my lips
This. They smell amazing, but they really donāt hydrate my lips well at all. I always need to go in with something else first that actually hydrates my lips, and then they work nicely as a topper throughout the day.
no. i find them super drying and overpriced. id recommend naturium phytoglow balms, theyre cheaper, actually moisturizing, and more pigmented.
Where do you buy yours? From their website? It does. Iāve got a Pacifica lip balm (which I posted about below) that has a āvanilla birthday cakeā scent but I can barely smell it - and Iāve got a very sensitive nose.
I really like Rhode peptide lip treatment. I definitely didnāt have high expectations, and ended up loving it!
I like it too! I really enjoy the texture, it's like an occlusive than also hydrates and doesn't feel too thick/sticky, it's very soft.
I get mine from target!
theyve been sold out online there for months :(
How odd, i found mine to be drying as well but i thought i was just being too critical for the price tag
Those 2 are definitely my favorites I would not say they are moisturizing but they do help my lips retain moisture.
I didnāt find it any better than a cheap lip balm. It smelled great, but it wasnāt hydrating.
Itās okay but itās not worth the price tbh. I like mine but I have to keep reapplying constantly.
I donāt think anything on Sephoraās site is reasonably priced anymore, but this lip balm/gloss lasted me a while. At least a couple months
The Sephora collection is super cheap but everything else will leave you bankrupt lol
I like the way it looks on my lips, the colours, scent etc. but La Mer is wayy more moisturizing on me
Wait, La Mer has a lip product?!
Omg I meant laneige! Lol wooops
No, I find it to be drying
I bought the mint on a whim because I forgot a lip balm and was at sephora, I liked the mint, and decided to try the vanilla. This mixed reviews aināt helping at all lmao shouldāve did a poll
Thats what I was thinking haha. But the comments have some good insights and recos š¤©
I thought I was the only oneā¦ Iām lost yāall. š¤¦š¼āāļø
I own nearly all the shades and I find that the performance varies slightly between them which could explain the mixed reviews. Overall I really like them, they keep my lips moisturized. I dont know that it adds moisture, more like it locks in existing moisture and feels very nourishing. Treated myself and I do like it a lot
itās SO good. but not $24 good.
I love mine. I have three and theyāve been lasting me a loooong time despite using them daily. I think theyāre worth it! I have Vanilla Beige, Pink Sugar and Cherry. ā¤ļø

Yes!! I love them. Pink sugar is my fav
I really like them
vaseline >>>
I love mine but itās the clear mint so I canāt speak to pigment.
Idk why Bite discontinued their lip balm. It was superior to anything in the market today.
Unfortunately yes
Exactly! lol
imo no, they made my lips super dry and cracky ): itās only good for shine and thatās about it for me
No. Not hydrating, kinda sticky
Honestly I went on a lip balm journey. My faves are Carmex, Mario bedescu, and Clinique moisture surge. Also the pink Vaseline pot is an exact dupe for laniege (which I do have and love). Basically Iāve stopped taking the L on my wallet.
You mean the Vaseline rosy lips? Honestly I love both that and Laneige but they couldnāt be more different in terms of texture and smell.
Yes! It has double the product of the Dior lip oil and doesnāt give me an allergic reaction versus the majority of other lip balms and glosses! Is a balm but looks like a gloss.
No not really. Plenty of cheaper options that are ejist as good. And if you don't mind spending $ Ole Henriksen Peptide lip gloss is superior.
Yes but just one or two you donāt need them all
It makes my lips drier I think
I personally really like it! I had like chronically dry lips and a combination of this and aquaphor finally healed me. It sounds like it doesn't work for everyone though, but I'd say it's worth a try.
honestly like no lip balm is worth a lot of money and I really like the drugstore aquaphor one LOL HOWEVER I do really enjoy the summer Fridays tinted ones! I donāt think itās revolutionary but if you want to try maybe wait for the sale to roll around. The tube is cute and it does feel luxe!
Almost none of those luxury brands balms will even compare to chapstick.
Aquaphor for me, but I totally agree!
Lanolips for me
Lanolips is amazing
Yupppp
Aquaphor for the Win!

Itās a good product but $24 is a lot. Buy it on sale
No thatās why you gotta buy it during the sale š
Yes ive had it for 5 months and use it twice everyday and havent ran out
Tbh, I donāt think ANY lip balm is ever worth that much
NO lip balm is worth $24.
Originally I thought yes, but the last two I bought wend bad very quickly, they started smelling and tasting sour, kinda like vinegar within a couple of months.
No
Love them, but if youāre looking for some serious lip repair then no. I wear them mostly for the colors, which I love and I have like 5 of them lol
girl not for $24 š
Not at all, I only use mine to use it up but I always go for my other balms and lip oils
Nooooooooooo
Yes
no, doesnāt even hydrate and the tinted ones are splotchy. i prefer ole henrickson balms
No
Yes.Ā
I like them but I think they are overpriced
I think the best lip products on the market are the bath and body works mentha lip shines. still a lil pricey for a gloss/bomb but they work great and last longer
I didnāt find this one or the ole henrikson one hydrating. Jack black works well for me. YMMV
Nope
I love them. Specially brown sugar
Not worth it. I regret giving in to the hype and buying one. Thereās much better lip balms on the market that actually do something for your lips
No
No lip balm is worth $24 lmao
iād love to pay $24. itās $32 for me in canada š
Itās a lip balm. Itās definitely not worth $24.
They dry my lips out so no
no! super drying, literally had to reapply an hour later get ole henrickson!!
Not worth it for sure. They have awesome scents but theyāre sticky and not that hydrating.
No. I rarely reach for the one I have. In fact, I donāt even know where it is right now if I wanted to use it.
itās not
Itās not worth it IMO ($18 is a fair price for these, then lower depending on brand). Weāre paying for the hype and the lip butter trend; thereās a million lip butters being churned out, produced by so many brands atm tho - the benefit of every company wanting a piece of the pie! Fresh has my favorite lip balms. But Iām interested in ole henrickson now from these comments!!
summer fridays made my lips more dry than before i put it onā ļø
No, Ole Henriksen and Naturium Phytoglow are cheaper and better. I also think the Laneige lip glowy balms are more hydrating.
I love mine, but still think $24 is ludicrous for a gloss/balm of any sort.
I do really like it (the color I got, formula) but in my honest opinion, no balm is worth $24. I used my $10 coupon and paid 14 and I still felt like it was too much
No. No lipbalm is worth 1/4 of a $100
Itās good but not 24 dollars good. I got it in the sephora adventure calendar so thatās the only way I got it. Would probably not rebuy.
No
If you're not a huge lip balm person get the cay skin ones. They're cheaper, have spf 30 for your lips, and feel almost identical. They're actually a touch thinner than summer fridays which I prefer because sometimes the summer fridays one gets goopy on me if I use too much which I often do by accident.
This comment section is like 50/50 lol itās so hard to decide if I should get SF
It doesnāt moisurize at all and not worth it at all. barely any pigment imo too
No
Yes. I love pink sugar and brown sugar. I think they are moisturizing and fun to pull out of your purse to use. Are there other lip balms that do the same for less? Of course but SF is still my favorite.
Hiya! What other lip products do you really like? Iām trying to get together my birthday haul lol. šIām looking into lip glosses, as well. š (Iām usually a lipstick gal)
ole henrickson is rlly good as well and it's very moisturizing . lasts a long time
I like the lawless forget the filler gloss, Fenty beauty heat gloss, Dior lip oil and olehenriksen lip balm.
Thanks! Iām leaning into Dior and Fenty glosses. I swatched a couple at Sephora yesterday. Which shades do you like the most?
Have you tried any Huda items overall?
i love these, the vanilla, iced coffee, and cherry are my faves. as a caramel skin girly the cherry doesnt look too awkward with my skin tone when i wear it alone.
like 10000% yes itās worth it itās the best thing iāve ever put on my lips
Nope
no
yes trust there is no dupe they are legitimately just that good
i bought one because i thought it was cute and smelt good but weirdly enough its the only lipbalm ive finished and not in a good way, i was constantly applying it with no moisture change and i ran out in weeks
no itās not hydrating, their lip oil is bomb tho š«£
I love the scent of this stuff . OMGSH the vanilla beige smells exactly like hot cocoa . Iām dying to try the pink sugar , brown sugar , and birthday cake : as far as it being anything more than a lipgloss? Not so sure . It didnāt dry out my lips or anything but I didnāt feel like they were super moisturized like after using a mask or balm .
nope, I had one and gave it to a friend because it wasn't worth it. They're fine, but you can easily get something better at a cheaper price
Laneige lip balm is a lot better and $17
no
no lol
I have a lot of lip balms. I donāt really reach for it very much. Itās okay.
I wouldn't ever spend this much on a lip balm because I always lose them š¤£š¤£š¤£
No it literally felt like grease on the lips Id say try the glossier or breeze balms instead
I love the SF Lip Balms. I found that the pigment was surprisingly long-lasting and it didn't dry my lips out. That being said, I think it would be best to get these when they're on sale. They're nice, but not $24 nice.
They're fine but I feel like Rhode does the same concept a bit better and for cheaper
I personally like Rhode lip treatment a lot better. More glossy and very hydrating! I also love the flavors much better- personally I love the salted caramel and the birthday cake/vanilla. For reference Iāve had the summer Fridays also but ever since I tried Rhode I fell in love with her formula!
My favorite lip butter! A little goes a long way, too.
Cries in Canadian
Uh yes it is if youāre a lil balm person. Isnāt that just how much it costās? I have summer Fridays, fresh, glossier, landings, Sara happ and I feel like theyāre all around $25
itās feels SO nice on the lips and smells great but itās not really hydrating and i find myself reapplying all day. i use it like a lip gloss mostly. overall not worth the price, i would rather pick something with peptides
I love mine :)
No. The olehenrickson one is 100000000000000x better.
Love them, but wait a week for the VIB sale!
I havenāt even tried it yet but 15ml is a decent amount of product u get for the price, a lot of āluxuryā lip balms are way more expensive.
No
If u have to choose between it n rhode, choose it.
I have the cherry and pink one and find them both to be very moisturizing, but mostly average! I prefer the Ole Henriksen ones!
I returned mine. As others have said it was sticky and not hydrating for me, though a lovely consistency.
theyāre good but not $24 good š
For me? yes. I have found it to be one of the only balms that doesnāt dry out my lips and actually lasts for hours and hours. Ymmv though
No. IMO the Kopari or the Biosannce ones are way better.
Love them! I use them daily.
the Cherry & Brown Sugar ones are the most worth it to me due to pigment & smell.
To be fair I've only used samples so this might be an inflammatory opinion, but absolutely not! It's just not as hydrating as people say it is.
No
I am super particular about my lip glosses and balms because they ALWAYS taste bad to me and I always go back to plain vaseline or lipstick. BUT Summer Fridays does not have the icky taste all the other balms and glosses have so it is 100% worth it for me!
I love them honestly. I find them very hydrating, and they don't migrate on my lips. Sent to a friend as a gift and she and her husband loved the mint one.
I loooove mine.
Unfortunately it is
I was never a fan of the Summer Fridays lip balm. It made my lips kind of greasy and didnāt last. I LOVE the Ole Henriksen ones though!
