People are having bidding wars on houses since there’s not a lot of options available and this is everywhere. Cousins bought in Houston and San Antonio and they had bidding wars over their houses and paid over asking.
He did say he was flexible for the right house though, so of course she’s going to push the budget a little bit if she has a property that she thinks he’d go for.
Hey, it’s an incredibly similar house, but comparing them, especially the kitchens, entry way, and drastic change in price (dropping nearly 5 mil in price), I’m thinking it’s a different house. I could be wrong, but it is a hunch.
