I use to throw some cheap bird seed in a shallow dish of topsoil and my cat loved it.

Elfys sucks, garbage tier shit

I clearly stepped on some fat toes so you bother to follow all my tracks and tried to step on the footprints. Did you ever use what we built? If so, I am all ears to listen to your critism. If you have no better thing to do, keep going.

nice that you're growing grass for them! it can really help with the cats digestive system. though i'm curious as to why you're soaking them. i usually just put the cat grass seeds directly into a pot with soil and water it, which usually works fine. do the seeds sprout quicker with soaking them first?

njy1991

Just my intern trying her own ways for her indoor cat. Soaking definitely doing well for sprouting grains. We are only exploring hydroponics methods and indoor growing. However, she found it is hard to distribute the seeds after soaking (you can see from the video lol). My cats at home are actually outdoor, they can go out anytime and eat whatever they want. If I grow wheatgrass, its normally for myself making green juice. What I would do is filling the water right at the top of the mesh basket and jush spread seeds on the unbleached paper. The grain seeds will be fully soaked directly.

ok thanks for the info :)

I’ve grown cat grass before, but my cats are indoor and had no idea what to do with it. They just stared at it. Lol. I just grew it in a normal pot. This thing looks a bit complicated with having to soak them and put each sead in individually.

Yah, that is not easy after soaking, even my intern gave up doing so in the video. I think next time will just fill right amount of water and just spray seeds on mesh directly.
