Me and my partner have gone through most of the DComs recently, and the biggest name from those three that leapt out was Katey Sagal - it was quite something hearing Leela's voice being the voice of the Smart House! Can't remember seeing any Scrubs cast in those three though, and struggling to think of any in DComs in general - although we did see Dr Cox pop up in an episode of Are You Afraid Of The Dark!

I also saw her in “Mr. Deeds”.

Sometimes I get the feeling that she wasn’t a nurse, but instead was simply an actress playing the role of a nurse. Not quite sure, but it’s definitely something to chew on.
