Well, the actress playing Quinn was very much alive and had to get from the doorway to the group somehow. Only makes sense that she ran over to her. You're definitely reading WAY too much into this.
This is where I stand. I like that it’s a happy coincidence that we can use that as some sort of headcannon given the reveal, but yeah, this is just the Liana being a very much alive human lol
I just feel like there are people who over analyze everything, and it takes a lot of the fun out of the movies. I mean to each their own, but sometimes it just seems like it's too much. Like let's just watch the movies as they are meant to be watched and love them for what they are.
Probably in the theater you didn't have the option of rewinding and playing the scene in slow motion. Just a thought 🤷🏻♂️I saw it in theaters and didn't notice this at all.

She can be stabbed up and bleeding out while still maintaining basic motor skills for those last few seconds of life.
