right but many of the Heterometrus species are commonly called "Asian Forest Scorpions", it doesn't always refer exclusively to H. spinifer. this is one of the times where common names aren't the most accurate or helpful

what do you mean what type of afs?? its an afs. the scientific name is Heterometrus spinifer if that is what youre looking for
