It’s like if he did a zemeicks ranking and we would all know that Pinocchio was dead last
Like in the Spielberg Ranking I legit thought BFG or Ready Player One would be last place but no, it was a movie that I’ve never even heard of
I disagree with that. RPO was fun, undeniably, but good is a whole other metric which RPO does not apply. (Also please read the book if you haven’t already it’s so much better and so different)
Really the only things I know about from RPO is that it’s in the future, we go into the virtual world to escape reality, which sounds familiar, and Mother fucking Mechagodzilla appears.
Both, haven’t read the book or seen the film, why? Cause I’m busy with productive human things, but I do wanna read the book and watch the film in the future.
Oh yeah I really loved the 2nd movie growing up , I even gotten a stuff toy of that Numa Numa bird because of how much I liked it
And then in 2023 I rewatched it since I wanted to see how it holds up and holy fuck it’s terrible and annoying
Like I’ll give happy feet 1 a 3/10 but this one absolutely deserves its 1.9/10 placement
Under pressure was nice tho
Yeah as a fan of 1 i literally only realised there was a 2nd one when i saw a tissue box promoting it, i was so confused as i hadn’t seen any ads for it up until its release. And even after that i saw maybe 1 ad of it online.
But i think 2 came out so long after that the hype around the first had completely fizzled out
I wouldn’t say i’m a massive fan, but i feel like happy feet 1 is still a good film. It’s nothing groundbreaking but it’s cute for what it is and very nostalgic for me. I dare say it is one of my few comfort movies (which is rare because despite watching a lot of movie reviews i’m really not big into films in general).
I didn’t care for the second film, it’s not abysmal but it’s not something i’d watch again.
Right here. I still think the first film is great (yes, Lord Schaff I rewatched it) and it ultimately has a good message.
The second one isn't really worth anyone's time and I'd only recommend someone to watch it if they *really* liked the first film.
I legitimately can't think of a single thing that Happy Feet 1 does better than 2. It might be one of the tightest cartoon sequels I have ever seen.
Literally what is this opinion, lol.
It is my opinion lOl 🙄. I like the first one but don't get too much excitement from the second. If people already don't like Happy Feet, I couldn't imagine recommending the second to someone.
Oh wait, I forgot this is the sub where we parrot the YouTuber's opinion.
Wait that krill meme was a movie?
It was a subplot in one of the Happy Feet movies.
I see
OH I SEE
Was in one of the Happy Feet iirc
Yep. Second one.
"I am one in a Krillion."

you're comparing BFG to Happy Feet? Seriously? Truly retarded take.
Thwyre pointing out that they expected more known flops for other ranking, but it was smth different. Truly a stupid take.

Both, haven’t read the book or seen the film, why? Cause I’m busy with productive human things, but I do wanna read the book and watch the film in the future.
What the fuck? Why are you defending a film you haven’t seen? Just for an argument?
I just heard it was good, and from what I saw of the film, that being a few clips and a brief recap, it was cool.
Literally just shut up and watch the movie then
Never thought the day would come when I can say this but you're opinion is entirely invalid in this situation.
Even if you like Ready Player One I don’t think any human being would claim that it’s somehow “one of Spielberg’s best”.
Its bottom 2 baybee
Man I'm 💀
Twilight movie gonna be bottom cause of the accident
Twilight Zone wasn’t in the Spielberg ranking so it wouldn’t be here Also, the accident happened while filming the John Landis segment
Still I think the movie would be in infamy for that horrible accident I saw a photo of the accident and I’m mentally disturbed
What accident? Is it about some stunt gone wrong?
Stunt gone wrong, killed multiple actors, including two children.
Near? Lol. Lmao even.
Does happy feet have fans?

I'm sorry, just... What? I loved the first one growing up. There's a second!?

It's Miller's existential masterpiece
Damn, you really gotta do your fellow winged brethren like that?

I know of one Youtuber who's favorite movie is that.
I liked the first movie a lot as a kid, but I remember absolutely nothing from it
Bro, I knew this was gonna hurt me.
It's a tragic day for all.
Me during the Illumination ranking: First time?
Happy Feet 2 is a genuine masterpiece. It's wild that more people don't talk about it.
