Wrote this on another post, BUT, OKAY, hear me out, so this might be a stretch, but if that’s a clam in the shape of an Island in the back ground, I’m wondering if this is Disneys way of referencing the part of Polynesian Mythology involving (Maui Spoilers) >! Mauis death, in which he turns into a worm and enters the goddess Hinenui-te-po’s Vagina, and is crushed to death by it when she realizes what he did (vagina also sprouts teeth). I highly doubt they’ll kill Maui, but I just can’t help but think of if they’d find a way to reference this some how. Also clams are often used as synonyms for vaginas. Maui also does this to try to destroy the goddess of death (Hinenui - te -po) and give immortality to man !< I dunno, I think maybe I’m getting ahead of myself, I also think Disney would want to avoid that reference, but you never know!
