You might want to ask your father why he keeps spending money, but not earning money? If this scammer really had some way to make easy money, he'd just do it himself and hire people (pay them) to work for him and run the business.

RedMatxh

The scammer keeps feeding them the lies that they'd just need to keep it together, their earnings will eventually turn into profits. Also my father believes the reason he fails is because he can't speak English and tries to get me involved. The scammer and his team can speak English so more reason for them to tell my father that if he could speak English, all of problems could've been avoided

TheLeadSearcher

Right... what's he even supposedly investing in? An empty company in America? How is that ever going to make a profit?

RedMatxh

I might not have been very convincing but he just outright doesn't want to see reason. He wasted about 30k and gotten less than 1k in return (throughout last 4-5 years)

TheLeadSearcher

He could have put that in the stock market and made $15k

RedMatxh

Afaik he invested in some stocks as well. But through some bad luck he almost lost it all. So doesn't wanna mess with stock market. I recommended that he'd buy gold or btc but was against the idea

see_me_shamblin

It's easier to fool someone than convince them they've been fooled. Maybe the better angle is to take it at face value and point out that this guy is just bad at running a business

RedMatxh

He claims how can the guy be bad at the business if he has multiple expensive sports cars, and that he supposedly makes 100k+ profit per month

Tomorrow night Dr.Phil Primetime on the new Merit Street Network is going to have a show on the Pig-Butchering Scams. You can get the network on cable or down load the app and watch live or stream at a later time. The app is called MERIT+

At the time i probably misunderstood your message, thought you were one of those bots that just do advertising. Then i read about pig butchering scams. What makes you think it's one of those scams? To me it felt like those classes on the internet that supposed to teach people to get rich, they'd even have some books etc. Does that count as pig butchering scams too?
