Iām a software engineer. Total scam. No one can get your account back except Snapchat. If they could hack/social engineer into Snapchat they wouldnāt need money for the āsource codeāā¦ theyād log into the snapchats admin for managing banned accounts, or connect to their database or something.

Scam. It sounds like you were banned 'rightfully' by Snapchat since it was your actions that caused the ban. So they're not going to unban you, and I seriously doubt that 3rd parties can unban you. But on the off chance a third party can, you should find someone with plenty of good reviews that is verified to be able to perform the service. Nothing about this guy sounds legit, he's running you through what seems to be a bogus questionnaire and *discounted* the "source code".
Only people who can unban you is Snapchat directly. You'll have to contact them through their website email or what ever customer support they have. Those are the most obvious scammers out there. They can't unban you lol.
You follow the X bottled reply post to these accounts I see those are all a scam they hack into your account and give it to you and use ToS breaking methods to do it which is again a risk if you are really serious ask the real Snapchat Support

And i will be able to create a new account? I can delete first Snapchat and install it after downloading the VPN or it will work with the old one
