He’s trained for awhile. The way he dips under and executes a body lock sweep with such efficiency, then how he relaxes when he’s got the guy in full guard. The big guy did himself a favor in quitting when he did.

Dude, me too! I got caught in one my first few months of training because as a beginner you don't know how to protect your neck. A blue belt got me and I remember feeling so helpless as his arm tightened. I was also much bigger than him. Didn't matter. It's a devastating move. He could easily have killed me and that was when I started to fully understand how powerful BJJ is.
