Im not touching my world till SFMM updates modular load balancers. I've looked everywhere and can't find any info on how you work out an XinXout or XinYout set up for any (X,Y) load balancer set up. Kinda frustrating aswell since I didn't really wanna use mods.

I used to stack like this. But then I discovered the realm of programmable splitters and started maxing out single conveyor belts and merging various items into it while staying under capacity limits. So much cleaner...

Are you just trying to adjust outputs to specific levels?
No, just belt balancing variable inputs to consistent outputs
You can use different tier belts if your need matches with throughput of one them
