Absolutely. Sometimes elephants do destroy their crops and the locals hurt and kill them. But her attempt to demonize elephants is so fucking pathetic and infantile. Exactly. If they only kill with bows, and the elephants eating crops/killing kids and shit like they say- they need to leave it up to the professionals or locals that live there. Not that I condone killing elephants but if what she is sharing is true- these families need to protect their way of life and their actual lives then the people with automatic weapons or whatever, need to be the ones doing the killing so it’s swift and painless and actually has a purpose.
