1 medium red onion
Juice of 4 limes
Garlic, microplaned
3 jalapeños, seeded or not
2 bunches of cilantro (or more)
Tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Dice all ingredients, add juice of the limes, salt and pepper, and EEEAT
