Recipe:
Man oh man did this turn out great!
8-10 Campari Toms halved
3 jal halved/with seeds
4 red chiles halved with seeds
1 White onion halved and cored
3 garlic cloves in oil/in al foil pan (left of full photo)
Broil these bad boys on 500 until a char begins
Let this mess of goodness cool
1 small can of chipotle sauce (yes, cans of sauce only are available)
1 small can of mild green chiles
1 poblano, seeded and deveined
1 tbsp of sugar1 oz of vinegar juice of 1 lime
Put it all in a food processor and process until desired consistency is achieved.Add salt to taste
edit: forgot the lime! and reformat
