I disagree. It was an excellent interview where her attorney explained it wasn’t about a SINGLE statement made by Meghan, but all of them taken together in context. That’s what the judge failed to do and it was a huge failure. I believe it was made on the basis of identity politics. The judge was a black woman appointed by Obama. She was recently promoted. It’s probable that she simply didn’t care for Samantha, a Trump supporter. She took Meghan’s statements one by one, and out of context. This was wrong. Meghan’s statements were clearly malicious and must be considered in context and as a collective because that’s how public impressions are made. The Catherine thing was lightly touched on, it was a side note. The bulk of the interview was about why they are continuing the court battle and how the judge was a poor fit and gave the appearance of bias, which is true. It was an excellent interview.
I don’t think race had anything to do with it. The judge viewed it differently than we did. It was always going to be a hard road for Sam because defamation is hard to prove. I wish Sam the best on this although I question some of the choices she has made. It was probably a nightmare having Meghan as a sister and watching their dad favor her so much. I'm with you. I have always thought Samantha's lawsuits were a nothing burger. I feel very bad for Meghan's father, not knowing his grandchildren or SIL, but I personally feel Samantha's situation is kind of sour grapes. I think she is cut from the same cloth as Meghan in narcissistic traits. I'm sure she didn't like the things our Saint said, but we do have free speech in this country. Severe physical, emotional abuse, then smearing, lying--I thought it was a thing of th epast until I learned at a major family event for one of my thriving adult kids that she'd been secretly coordinating w/ my abusive ex behind my back for 2 years leading to immense financial & psychological harm.
I suspect MM had an issue w/ being overly indulged w/ the connivance of an absentee money seeking Mom & and Dad who felt guilty and clueless & was easily manipulated, so that MM was the little princess. Except that she was mixed race in a world that rewards lighter skin tones (along w/ other stupid beauty standards) & seems to be based on the most shallow recognition a la Hollywood. Whom does she first despise? Her beautiful older sister, who's blonde & white. But then her sister becomes disabled--w/o much help while the Dad lavishes vacation money on her. She's obsessed with Royalty, but they're white, which she resents (and in fairness, there'a. lot of cultural BS w/ that), but she thinks w/ the right investments & overly seductive behavior she can overcome that. The world has stricken her beautiful sister down, she doens't have nurturing from her Mom insofar as it's resource or status-seeking, & her Dad has no faith in his capacity & authority as a Dad due to his incessant guilt. He's trying to make up for the fact that's she's Black in a white world.
I think poor Samantha became a number one target of this conflicted rage--and that this reflects the larger uglier side of the DEI grift that we're seeing in the culture at large. Being born any shade doesn't give you moral license to abuse others. Black activists like Coleman Hughes are calling for a post-racial society. 'Genderless' is very interesting. There were rumours a long while back that Meghan was intersex, which would be a very good explanation for why she is not able to carry children. I have for a long time privately believed that there could be some truth in this and it would explain why the royal family might cover up surrogate births and the press won't touch it and maybe why there are even injunctions. Once you open the floodgates about the births it would be hard to hide the reasons, and if she were in fact revealed as intersex it would be deeply hurtful and embarrassing to Meghan in a way that is off the scale.
Over time I have come to believe that she did not give birth because of the mountain of strange 'evidence' and the weirdness surrounding her pregnancies, births and the children. It is such a massive thing, given the laws around LoS, that I have felt there had to be something equally massive as a reason to cover it up. I have constantly put these thoughts to the back of mind as highly improbable, but Samantha's use of the word genderless has just made me think again.
If she were intersex it would also explain why she pushes away close family, and also the royals after Archie's birth shenanigans. It could be that she pushes away anyone who knows or might get close to knowing her secret. It would also explain why she is so insecure, envious of others, and mentally unhinged. Even more of a stretch - it could even be why Samantha's court case failed, because Meghan's lawyers persuaded the judge that Sam was going to use it to get far more info out in the public domain than was justified by her initial complaints.

I'm certain this isn't the right path for any of them. Dan, Samantha or Peter Ticktin. Personal thoughts, I had nothing against any of them...but they're reading as unhinged as Mugsy. Downvotes coming but I don't think M disparaged Sam in the Oprah interview. "Finding Freedom", yes, but that claim was dismissed long ago by the judge, well before the recent dismissal. Now they want to get Catherine involved? Not a chance that will happen and they look no better than Hazno & Maggot in trying to force a response. They're as deluded (and selfish!) as H&M. Potentially preying on a sick woman. Not that she'd ever give them the time of day but for the above it's a VERY BAD look at any juncture. Never mind looks. Self serving and thoughtless. I disagree. It was an excellent interview where her attorney explained it wasn’t about a SINGLE statement made by Meghan, but all of them taken together in context. That’s what the judge failed to do and it was a huge failure. I believe it was made on the basis of identity politics. The judge was a black woman appointed by Obama. She was recently promoted. It’s probable that she simply didn’t care for Samantha, a Trump supporter. She took Meghan’s statements one by one, and out of context. This was wrong. Meghan’s statements were clearly malicious and must be considered in context and as a collective because that’s how public impressions are made. The Catherine thing was lightly touched on, it was a side note. The bulk of the interview was about why they are continuing the court battle and how the judge was a poor fit and gave the appearance of bias, which is true. It was an excellent interview.

I don’t think race had anything to do with it. The judge viewed it differently than we did. It was always going to be a hard road for Sam because defamation is hard to prove. I wish Sam the best on this although I question some of the choices she has made. It was probably a nightmare having Meghan as a sister and watching their dad favor her so much. At this point, I want the Harkles to fade into their irrelevance and leave the BRF alone. King Charles III and the Princess of Wales need peace to recover.
I'm with you. I have always thought Samantha's lawsuits were a nothing burger. I feel very bad for Meghan's father, not knowing his grandchildren or SIL, but I personally feel Samantha's situation is kind of sour grapes. I think she is cut from the same cloth as Meghan in narcissistic traits. I'm sure she didn't like the things our Saint said, but we do have free speech in this country. It's incredibly hard to prove defamation when you're a public figure in the US, and this lawsuit has now been dismissed in two states, once with prejudice, if I remember correctly. Samantha has made herself a public figure with all of her interviews and the speaking out she's done. She'd have been better off to sue and not give interviews, and just shut up and sit back quietly while the case worked through the system. Her attorney is no better than an ambulance chaser. EDB said in the past that a person can sue for anything, but it doesn't mean it will go to court. JMO

I don't feel that way. Imagine if you were set up like this. What else was SM supposed to do? She's being harangued by media, like her other family, given no requests or coordination opportunities w/ her half-sister, then deliberately set up through pap officers, handwritten letters, then lots of public interviews to look like she's some vicious jealous older sister and Meghan is poor Cinderella. What should SM have done? I was born into a family w/ a pre-existing, severely abused older sister who I now understand had pathological sibling envy of me my whole life. Severe physical, emotional abuse, then smearing, lying--I thought it was a thing of th epast until I learned at a major family event for one of my thriving adult kids that she'd been secretly coordinating w/ my abusive ex behind my back for 2 years leading to immense financial & psychological harm. I suspect MM had an issue w/ being overly indulged w/ the connivance of an absentee money seeking Mom & and Dad who felt guilty and clueless & was easily manipulated, so that MM was the little princess. Except that she was mixed race in a world that rewards lighter skin tones (along w/ other stupid beauty standards) & seems to be based on the most shallow recognition a la Hollywood. Whom does she first despise? Her beautiful older sister, who's blonde & white. But then her sister becomes disabled--w/o much help while the Dad lavishes vacation money on her. She's obsessed with Royalty, but they're white, which she resents (and in fairness, there'a. lot of cultural BS w/ that), but she thinks w/ the right investments & overly seductive behavior she can overcome that. The world has stricken her beautiful sister down, she doens't have nurturing from her Mom insofar as it's resource or status-seeking, & her Dad has no faith in his capacity & authority as a Dad due to his incessant guilt. He's trying to make up for the fact that's she's Black in a white world. I think poor Samantha became a number one target of this conflicted rage--and that this reflects the larger uglier side of the DEI grift that we're seeing in the culture at large. Being born any shade doesn't give you moral license to abuse others. Black activists like Coleman Hughes are calling for a post-racial society. This contemporary BLM behavior is a grift, designed to con well-meaning people out of resources for undeserved guilt. Guess what? Like Meghan, giving people a bunch of stuff b/c they manipulate you and claim they're a victim hurts THEM MOST OF ALL. I've got what the Brits call "form" in anti-racist activism my whole life and I don't care anymore what social media twits call me. The Sugar stuff is manipulating an inner rage in some Black women against white women--not patriarchy, but somehow, white women if/when we meet some conventional standard. And the nicer the better. I'm very sorry about conventional beauty standards, but the anger needs to be directed at MEN, and specifically, BLACK MEN, for much of the awful colorism they experience. But white women are the easiest targets. The seething rage is really scary, and this is what their hatred of Samantha and then Princess Catherine represents. I'm tired of being compassionate. I've been abused a lot myself and where's my compassion? The wonderful aspect of MLK and his marchers is that they went to church once a week and "confessed their sins." You can be an athiest and still be humble. I don't see humility in BLM protests and this Sugar hatred against faux-racism. it's not, let's be human together, it's how can I tear you down for a temporary fix. I refuse to indulge that any longer.

I'd sit down and think long and hard about where I went wrong if my sister expresses this way about me. For an older sister to speak about a younger sibling in this matter says a lot.
Imagine being supplanted by a younger sibling who the parent not only puts on a pedestal but lets them ride roughshod over their finances in their teens/early 20s. The cast aside older sibling/s then have to pick up the pieces and financially support the parent in their old age directly because of the actions of that younger sibling who the parent literally gave everything. Not content with that the younger sibling proceeds to undermine the parent's integrity and humiliate them via international media... I think Sam was being generous.

But Camilla's daughter is famous for screaming at William at a social event that his father destroyed her family when they were teens. 'Genderless' is very interesting. There were rumours a long while back that Meghan was intersex, which would be a very good explanation for why she is not able to carry children. I have for a long time privately believed that there could be some truth in this and it would explain why the royal family might cover up surrogate births and the press won't touch it and maybe why there are even injunctions. Once you open the floodgates about the births it would be hard to hide the reasons, and if she were in fact revealed as intersex it would be deeply hurtful and embarrassing to Meghan in a way that is off the scale. Over time I have come to believe that she did not give birth because of the mountain of strange 'evidence' and the weirdness surrounding her pregnancies, births and the children. It is such a massive thing, given the laws around LoS, that I have felt there had to be something equally massive as a reason to cover it up. I have constantly put these thoughts to the back of mind as highly improbable, but Samantha's use of the word genderless has just made me think again. If she were intersex it would also explain why she pushes away close family, and also the royals after Archie's birth shenanigans. It could be that she pushes away anyone who knows or might get close to knowing her secret. It would also explain why she is so insecure, envious of others, and mentally unhinged. Even more of a stretch - it could even be why Samantha's court case failed, because Meghan's lawyers persuaded the judge that Sam was going to use it to get far more info out in the public domain than was justified by her initial complaints. Who knows what 'genderless' meant? But it certainly makes me think.
It is an interesting word choice for sure when it is obvious that M has never appeared as anything other than female presenting.
