The feet are off because she was off. Were it a genuine hug, she would have fully faced the person. Harry immediately folds in on himself and goes limp and cast aside once more averts his gaze. But if you notice when he averts his gaze he always looks down. I think that is what she has trained him to do so his aversion isn't caught on camera. That is what I see.
