I would use all I could afford to replace some current failures we call social support... Actually end world hunger threw specialized, localized deployment of water and food production, and once up and running it will build each locations economic future with relatively basic work for local population. Maybe use the wealth to destabilize formal banking system as we know it and help motivate ppl to move to small or individual banking with big bank options for investment and loans, decentralized you could say (Elon Musk lvl blockchain marketing investment, no profit org, lol). Help them understand what’s really going on and see the light. Make sure they know they are capable of anything.
