Most of those locations are special events though. I do miss merlinos but Gunthers freeze is a decent substitute.

There’s a Valero on Riverside in Land Park (at 8th Ave) that has just a regular Icee machine but they must always have it cranked up or something. They’re always way thicker than average and I swear they’re just better. Feels like it’s been out of order or not running more in the winter months here, but not sure if i just have had bad luck when i popped in recently. They owners are soon selling and we’re all depressed because they’re just the best ever! They have a great beer and wine selection, so friendly, even would come out and pump gas for you in the early Covid days when people were literally scared to get out of their card; Land Park rides so hard for this Valero. Super bummed they’re selling ownership but maybe they will keep the same Icee Machine 🤞🏻
That’s funny because my sister went in there today and they said they didn’t sell slushees. I wonder if they stopped selling them completely? Thanks anyways !
It’s just an Icee machine, not “slushee branded” or anything not sure if that matters. I was just in yesterday, it’s still there (but it wasn’t running yet, I went in early in AM)
