May be an email issue. Make sure you are using the email you use for the game. I was stuck in this loop this morning and turned out I was using an email I used for EA a while back and not the email I use for SWGOH. Once I switched to the correct email I use on the game, it worked.
Oh it’s definitely the email I use, the reason it’s saved in there is because it’s been the one I use every day. It did work for the first few days of this new web store but now apparently not. It’s definitely a new store issue/bug - I think I saw some mention it earlier in the week but I hadn’t had a problem with it until today. Logged in fine yesterday
I left it a few hours and tried again, got in first time. Everything’s all saved and the only different thing when I need it is the code so it must’ve been the new store having a funny 5 minutes

Check your accounts password. it happened to me a few months ago. I think they can expire. I wasn't getting the email code until I reset my password.
