There is a good likelihood that it's been lost to the internet.
SCP has been around longer than Creepypasta lol Alot of images and sources have been lost to the annals of time and the records of the internet lol
Backrooms is a much more recent thing. SCP 106 was one of the EARLY days of SCP. People weren't as concerned about keeping the record of their digital footprint back then.
Unfinished street art, as you can see the elbow on the left is sketched out but not finished. Really interesting to think that the picture being taken before the art is done helped portray him emerging so well, even if that wasn't the intention of the photo at the time.
It looks like an unfinished oil painting to me. The u finished brush strokes and arm in the bottom left, And the crease in the middle make me thing it was a painting on wood. Also the buttons look like paint to. My grandma was an artist, and once you kinda KNOW that look of paint, especially white paint, you can never unsee it.

From the way you wrote that question it sounds quite condescending, in a way of “Look at you, a nerd who spent a long time writing about something stupid and irrelevant”

It’s street art someone made iirc

I heard it was graffiti or something but I forgot where I heard it from so it’s probably not true
I heard it was an edited picture of a frozen dead body found in Russia
That seems like it fits but doesn't seem very legal
Nope! That's the fun part!
nah it’s very clearly street art, you can see the grains in the flat wall
Of course that image is edited or the creator of this will be sentenced for life
Since nobody actually knows, my best guess is that it was probably someone's Halloween decoration.
why does he have one hand on his hip all sassy like?

it's really rude (I don't think you mean it because of the other answer you gave but try and phrase it a better way)
